The evening winter sky greets me as I walk outside to do the other half of my rounds. The crisp air blows past me, attempting to creep inside my jacket.
"Lady Viola, are you sure you don't need another jacket? The wind is still very chilly," Noel asks as he walks beside me.
"I'm okay. The doesn't bother me anyways since it's always cold inside my body," I answer while heading for the shed. "We won't be out here for long. We just have to check on the supply pantry to make sure there isn't anything that we are lacking."
"Why are you the one who checks on everything when you can get one of your workers to do it for you?"
"I did this sort of thing in the beginning with Delic when we were rebuilding the estate, and now it has just become something that I got in the routine of doing."
"A leader shouldn't have to be doing something as minor as checking a pantry's inventory. It will distract them from the major problems that they have to deal with."
