Synopsis

Power System

POWER SYSTEM

- the power distribution to people. It includes the balance, the individual powers, and people's capabilities.

.

.

.

[Runes]

- power indicator that activates at the top of the right hand of every human.

- it has different colors and marks on each person.

- each individual has unique abilities for each rune.

- the four types of runes only indicate the primary application, not the ability.

- uses stamina to activate an ability but has a backlash on the cooldown.

- cooldown/preparation is the limiter for every rune.

- the cooldown is determined by proficiency, rune type, and rune rank.

.

.

.

How do you use rune?

- runes are not easy to use; first, you must understand your own abilities.

- you activate it at your leisure, and it consumes your stamina.

- you must wait for your cooldown to complete.

.

.

.

What is a cooldown?

- it is the limiter of rune itself to not drain the owner's stamina

- rune prepares itself to use the ability, but it doesn't control how it will be used.

.

.

.

How do you reduce your cooldown?

- proficiency, type of rune, and rank.

- proficiency, is the mastery of your ability.

- if you know every corner of your ability, you can limit yourself without the use of the natural limiter of the rune.

- every possible use of the ability has different usage of stamina, which means that every possible use has a different amount of stamina.

- type of rune has different levels of stamina usage.

- rank, it is the base cooldown and base proficiency of an ability.

.

.

.

What is proficiency?

- every ability has different rules in proficiency

Example: The ability to change the solidity of an object (Production type)

- different objects has different amount of stamina to use to.

- if you make a hair strand strong, you have to at least learn how to make the property follow what you want.

Example: The ability to manipulate lightnings (Magic type)

- stamina usage depends on how much power you release.

- stamina usage depends on how much joules, or volts.

.

.

.

Why is it that high-ranking rune owners are known to have no or less cooldown?

- it is common sense for all and mostly high-ranking rune owners work in high society.

- it is also common sense that commoners have the less chance to get high-ranking since it depends on heriditary.

- it is also because of lack of education about how to use abilities in different possibilities, those who are proficient are easily assumed as high-ranking

.

.

.

Chances of the Ranking of Runes

- commoners = low, mid rank

- nobles = mid, high rank
