How do you use rune?
- runes are not easy to use; first, you must understand your own abilities.
- you activate it at your leisure, and it consumes your stamina.
- you must wait for your cooldown to complete.

What is a cooldown?
- it is the limiter of rune itself to not drain the owner's stamina
- rune prepares itself to use the ability, but it doesn't control how it will be used.

How do you reduce your cooldown?
- proficiency, type of rune, and rank.
- proficiency, is the mastery of your ability.
- if you know every corner of your ability, you can limit yourself without the use of the natural limiter of the rune.
- every possible use of the ability has different usage of stamina, which means that every possible use has a different amount of stamina.
- type of rune has different levels of stamina usage.
- rank, it is the base cooldown and base proficiency of an ability.

What is proficiency?
- every ability has different rules in proficiency
Example: The ability to change the solidity of an object (Production type)
- different objects has different amount of stamina to use to.
- if you make a hair strand strong, you have to at least learn how to make the property follow what you want.
Example: The ability to manipulate lightnings (Magic type)
- stamina usage depends on how much power you release.
- stamina usage depends on how much joules, or volts.

Why is it that high-ranking rune owners are known to have no or less cooldown?
- it is common sense for all and mostly high-ranking rune owners work in high society.
- it is also common sense that commoners have the less chance to get high-ranking since it depends on heriditary.
- it is also because of lack of education about how to use abilities in different possibilities, those who are proficient are easily assumed as high-ranking

Chances of the Ranking of Runes
- commoners = low, mid rank
- nobles = mid, high rank

[Magic]
- every human has the ability to use magic, but basic magic can not be used offensively.
- mage rune owners have the talent to proficiently control mana in the nature.
- mage rune owners have different kind of magic they can use.
- mage rune owners have the highest chance to use mana in nature but only applicable to their element and magic.

- every human can fight using weapons but only to normal capabilities.
- CC rune owners have a talent to proficiently control their stamina to their use.
- CC rune owners has a lesser cooldown, for example their ability to be haste, they practically control their stamina.
- CC rune owners have different talents in CC, or abilities.
