January 4, 2017..... A Wednesday.....
Narrator's POV:
Haneul woke up from her alarm on her phone. She stretched on her bed trying to relax her muscles and letting them get used to moving. Once her body felt okay, she sat up and rub her eyes off of dirt and tries to open her eyes.
Haneul stood up and look at the clock, 6:07am. Haneul walk towards her closet and picks a grey sleeveless fitted shirt, white hoodie, a grey coat, grey cargo pants, grey socks and undies. She places them on her bed and then grab her towel, going in a bathroom. She took her shower, dried herself and wrap herself with her towel then went back to her bedroom.
She dried her hair a bit then wore her clothes. Putting her coat to hang on her arm, she proceeded to go to Rey's room. She opened the door and yelled, "Rey, get up!!!!!" Rey instantly sat up from Haneul's voice which made Rey dizzy from her own action. Rey held her head and glared at Haneul but Haneul ran away before Rey could glare at her.
Rey adjusted herself and did her duties. Haneul ran to the living room, placed her coat at the couch again and went to the kitchen to cook breakfast. She took various ingredients out and cooked them like how she does them. Hearing the doorbell ringing, Rey shuffling to the door and hearing some more shuffling getting inside the room.
Once Haneul was done with her cooking, hands quickly shot up towards the dishes, carrying them. Haneul saw Kris, Chen, Suho, Lay and Luhan carrying the dishes to the dining table. "Thank you, oppas!" Haneul thanks them and carries the remaining dishes beside her.
Once the dining table was filled with food, everyone started to pick their food and went to the living room to eat. As everyone was seated in to their liking, they turn to Haneul and Rey. "Thank you for the food!" Haneul and Rey could only smile at the boys.
Everyone began to dig in and talk as they eat. They only felt comfort when they are together having fun together. After eating their breakfast, they cleaned up the dishes and plates together which made it easier and fun at the same time to clean dishes.
When they were done washing the dishes, they went their separate ways to their room to brush their teeth and get ready for the day. The two girls were out and about the door to their room and waited for EXO to come out.
EXO came out of their room and together, they went towards the elevator, getting in it. They arrive at the floor of the studios and got out. They met SNSD(Girl's Generation), F(x) and the gang(other special trainees) by the door. They greeted each other and went inside the Vocal studio.
The class went by as usual, Haneul and everyone else learning a thing or two. Before the class ended, Hwanhee called out to Haneul. Haneul walked towards Hwanhee as everyone gets ready to leave the studio since it was almost time.
"Did you receive their text, Haneul-shi?" Hwanhee asks as Haneul looked confused but remembered about the audition of I Can See Your Voice. "Oh! I didn't check my phone since yesterday." Haneul says truthfully as she looks for her phone and opens it. Seeing a text from an unknown number.
" 'Hello, Ms. Seon Haneul! This is the director of I Can See Your Voice and we've received a recommendation from Mr. Hwanhee, which is you. We are having the auditions in XXXX XXXX building this Saturday, January 7 2017, at 7pm. We will be expecting you! See you there!' Is what is says, Hwanhee oppa." Haneul says as she reads the contents of the text.
"Great! You should get ready for Saturday cause I'm guessing a lot are auditioning." Hwanhee says and Haneul nodded from what Hwanhee says. The bell rang, so everyone walks out of the studio. EXO, SNSD, F(x), the gang, Rey and Haneul took turns using the two elevators cause they all can't fit in going to the cafeteria floor.
When they all arrived at the cafeteria floor, they were greeted by SHINEe and Super Junior who were waiting for them beside the Cafeteria door. "Hey!" They all greeted each other like good friends and went in the cafeteria to eat their lunch. Taemin being beside Haneul always.
After they were done with their lunch, they directly went to the elevator to go to the floor to the Rap studio, taking turns with the elevators. After everyone was already in the same floor, they went inside the studio to see Gaeko and Choiza already seated and discussing something.
"Ah, welcome. Please take your seats. We'll start in a bit." Was what Choiza says and continues to talk to Gaeko. Haneul, Rey, the gang, EXO, SHINEe, Super Junior, SNSD and F(x) sat in their seats and talked to each other waiting for Choiza and Gaeko to start the class.
It took like almost 10 minutes before the bell rang, which at the same time, Choiza and Gaeko were done with their discussion. "Okay! Let's start..." Gaeko starts the class. During the class, everyone was learning a thing or two as they were given chances to try rapping especially the ones who are still practicing how to rap.
The class ended before the bell rang which was kind of confusing to everyone but they thought that maybe Choiza and Gaeko has somewhere to be. "We'll be ending the class early because we have somewhere to be. We'll make it up tomorrow." Choiza explains which made everyone nod their heads, understanding.
Everyone left the Vocal studio to go to the Dance studio. Everyone entered not seeing BOA yet so they took the initiative to remove their coats to make themselves comfortable to practice in and got to their area to practice.
Haneul took off her coat and hoodie, revealing her fitted sleeveless shirt covered upper body, which made some turn to look at her, and put her clothes to the side next to Rey's. She stretches her body for her body to be flexible to dance in and so did everyone. Once they were done stretching, the door of the studio opened and BOA came in with a shocked face.
"Oh, you guys are here early." BOA says and looks at the clock above the studio's door. "Rap class ended early because Choiza hyung and Gaeko hyung needed to be somewhere." Leetuk explains to BOA as he just finished his stretching.
BOA nods, understanding and walked to her place in front. "Okay, continue practicing guys. You still have.." BOA trails off as she looks at the calendar on her right on the wall. "This day and tomorrow's class to practice for the competition this friday." BOA says as she turns to look at everyone with a smile, reminding them about the competition.
"Yes, unnie!" "Yes, noona!" The girls and the boys yell, excited for the competition. "That's the spirit. Continue." As BOA said the last word, everyone begins to practice their dances. Some groups did some changes while others had breaks in between.
In Haneul's group, they were having so much fun with their dance. The girls especially liked the boys dancing to Catallena as they laughed at how cute they were because they did it half-heartedly because they were embarrassed.
"Such cuties!" Haneul utters out while smiling as Hyoyeon and Amber agrees with her by smiling and nodding. After the boys danced to Catallena, the song Give Love started to play so the girls went to their partners while the rest of the boys were partnered to each other which looks kinda funny if you imagine it.
Taemin and Haneul, Hyoyeon and Donghae, Amber and Sehun and lastly Ki Joon and Siwon are partners. Their dance was sweet yet held a bit of power when they stopped with the partnering since they did a twist with the song, Give Love, into a remix.
Once they were done with their dance, they took a break. "I guess everything is good to go. Let's do our best in the competition and mostly have fun." Donghae says as he was their leader. His groupmates nod their heads as they took the break.
They watched the other groups dances and were impressed with their dances and hard work. They applauded to each group when they were finished. The bell rang indicating that the class has ended.
"Class is done. See you guys tomorrow." Boa gave them a smile and left the studio. Everyone started to grab their stuff, wipe their sweat and left the studio together.

They stepped inside the Acting studio and it was the same as earlier that everyone learned a thing or two during the class. So did the same with Musical class. As Musical class has ended, they went to the cafeteria to eat their dinner then everyone went to their separate ways afterwards because EXO needs to practice for their upcoming concert next week, Super Junior and SNSD having their schedules tonight, F(x) has to go get ready for their fan meeting tonight, the gang went to practice their skills while Rey and Haneul don't have anything to do.
"I'll practice with you guys." Rey tells the gang and they nodded. "You, Han?" Rey asks Haneul while Haneul was thinking of buying iced americano. "I'm thinking of buying iced coffee. So I'll catch up to you guys. By the way, you guys want iced coffee, too?" Haneul asks Rey and the gang and they nodded their heads.
"I'll be right back!" Haneul waves bye to the gang and Rey which they waved back at her and left to go to the studio to practice. Haneul went out of the dorm and started to walk towards the shop she kept going to which GOT7 also goes to when they get their drinks. She really likes Jackson and Mark also Bambam yet again also Jaebeom, and Yugyeom and Youngjae annnnnddd Jinyoung.
"Who wouldn't like all of them? They're so hard not to like and love." Haneul talks to herself as she smiles.
I hope I could meet them soon. Haneul thinks to herself as she continues to walk then looks at the night sky with the stars twinkling. As she walks towards the 7-Shop(let's call this shop 7-Shop), she heard rustling and footsteps of people running and I mean a loooot of people running. Haneul looks behind her and her eyes widen.
Two guys in front running for their lives from the mob of girls behind them, chasing after them. Haneul knows they need to hide so when the two guys were almost near her, she grab the two guys' hands and pulls them with her. So the three of them running from the mob of girls. "Yah! Who the heck are you?!" Multiple girls were shouting at Haneul when they saw her grabbing them.
Haneul ignored them, pulling the two guys harder making the three of them run faster which left a huge distance between them and the mob of girls. After a couple minutes of running, the three managed to lose the mob of girls. Haneul and the two guys were breathing so hard from running so much.
"Tha- *breathes* Thanks." One of them says which made Haneul notice something. She thought she heard Jackson's voice for a second. Wait a minute. Haneul looks at the two guys and her eyes widen. She didn't see their faces clearly earlier because there wasn't enough light to see since they were wearing caps.
Her eyes widen a bit more when the two guys calmed their breathing and stood straight. Haneul stopped breathing for a second from the realization hitting her. Her mouth was hanging open from the shock. Didn't think we'd meet this soon. Haneul thinks to herself as she looks at the two handsome men in front of her.
Jackson and Mark. MarkSon. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!! Haneul mentally screamed because she doesn't know what to do physically. Haneul stood straight trying to calm herself and breathed slowly. She saw that Jackson, Mark and her were almost the same height but them being taller by a bit.
Haneul being 173(5'8), Jackson being 174.4(5'8) and Mark being 175(5'9) in height. "Ah, no worries. I mean that was kind of scary and to think it happens to you guys and a lot of other idols a lot." Haneul says as she looks anywhere but them.
"True... Wait, you know us?" Mark asks with his eyes widen under the cap he's wearing. "Who wouldn't know the members of one of the popular boy groups here in Korea and around the world?" Haneul says as she strokes her hair back then looks at Mark then at Jackson.
"But don't worry. I'm not a crazy fan. I'm one of the chill and very supportive ones." Haneul says reassuring them to which they slowly nodded. "Uhm, what a way to meet each other, huh?" Haneul tries to talk as she nervously rub her neck. "Yeah. Uhm, thank you again for helping us lose the mob of girls." Jackson says and went to hug Haneul.
Haneul just stood there, stiff as a freaking wall, being hugged by the Wang freaking Jackson. Jackson hugs her and felt her stiffen which he laughs and thought of her as a cute girl. Jackson lets go and Mark went in for a hug as well. Haneul just couldn't function anymore as she got hugged by the Mark freaking Tuan.
Haneul just had one of the best days she ever had. Mark felt her body stiffen as he hugged her and so he laughed as well. Mark lets go and stood next to Jackson who was still laughing. "We have to go, so maybe we might meet again in the future." Jackson says and gave the 'poor'(meaning Haneul was not moving at all cause she was still shocked because she met the two.) girl another hug.
The two idols left, waving goodbye to her while Haneul was standing there waving back at them as she watches them leave. Haneul felt her heart beat so fast, she thought she was going to have a heart attack but no. It meant that what just happened was real and she got hugged by them and they talked to her and..... Haneul's eyes widen.
I didn't tell them my name! Haneul face palms herself. She sighs, left to go to 7-Shop, bought her iced coffees and went back to the dorm to practice with the gang and Rey.
Meanwhile.....
Jackson and Mark left the girl there and went back to their dorm since they came from eating dinner and after that, they were suddenly chased by the mob of girls. "That girl is kind of... cute and unique. She didn't freak out like the rest when they see us." Jackson says as he kept thinking about the girl who saved them.
"Yeah." Was all what Mark said as he, too, is thinking of the same girl from earlier. When they arrived at their dorm, they went inside, take the elevator to their room floor. When they arrived at the floor, Jaebeom(JB) was leaning on the wall outside of their dorm room, waiting for them.
Jackson and Mark stopped in front of him as their minds were still on the girl. "Yah, what took you guys so long? We have a schedule tomorrow morning. We need to get as much rest as possible."
Jaebeom scolded the two but the two didn't hear what he said as they were still thinking about the same girl. Jackson and Mark turn to look at each other. "We didn't get her name!" Jackson and Mark yell at the same time, realizing they didn't get their savior's name.
"Who's name? Did you even listen?" Jaebeom started to get mad but Jackson and Mark didn't notice the hyung/dongsaeng(Jackson is younger than Jaebeom by 2 months or less while Mark is older than Jaebeom by a year or so.) starting to get mad. Jackson and Mark face palmed themselves which made Jaebeom even angrier so he flicked their heads. "Ow!" Jackson and Mark felt pain shot up their foreheads.
They finally take notice of the angry and reddened faced hyung/dongsaeng and leader of theirs. "Jaebeom hyung! Chill!" Jackson says as he went to hug Jaebeom with his smile. "We can explain, Jaebeom-ah." Mark says as he pushed the two in front of him inside their dorm room.
As the three idols went in their dorm room, they see the other members were plopped on the couch watching tv. "Welcome back, hyungs." Yugyeom, the maknae(youngest), welcomes his hyungs as he turns to look at them then back at the tv.
"Why were you guys late?" Jaebeom continues to ask them as they were now in front of everyone. "We were chased by a mob of fangirls." Mark explained bluntly which the others were now intrigued as they switched the tv off to listen to Mark.
"We were helped and saved by a girl. We lost them thanks to her." Jackson explains as well looking at Jaebeom. "Thank God you guys are safe. Fangirls nowadays are c.r.a.z.y.(ahgases are the most chill right? hehe)" Bambam says thinking about the crazy fangirls who are likely saesangs('fans' who stalk and intrude the private lives of idols who also likely ruin/destroy their lives.).
The others agree to what BamBam said. "Did you get her name, though?" Bambam ask looking at both Jackson and Mark as he hugs a pillow waiting for their answer, with his eyes twinkling and has a smile. "Unfortunately, we didn't. We left in a hurry to come back here." Jackson says, shaking his head in disappointment.
Jackson and Mark plopped down on their members and I mean sitting or laying on top of them. Jaebeom just stares at his members and smiled, shaking his head. Ah, I really love these idiots. Jaebeom thinks to himself as they all shared and experienced a lot together better be it happy times or bad times. They always had each others back.
"Okay, okay. Come on. We need to get as much rest as possible cause first thing tomorrow morning we have a schedule. Chop chop!" Jaebeom claps his hands while the members groan getting up and going to their rooms with their roommate.
The next day..... January 5, 2017.... A Thursday.....
Haneul woke up from her alarm so she turn off her alarm and just laid there, thinking about last night. I met Jackson and Mark. Haneul grabs her pillow and screamed on it, using the pillow to cover her face.
Haneul told Rey about it last night when she came back and both of them jumped and screamed a bit which made the gang jump in fright from their sudden screaming. Rey was asking her so many questions which Haneul tried to answer them all.
Rey's biases is Jinyoung and Youngjae while Haneul are them all.

When Haneul finally came back to reality, she removes the pillow from her face and hugged it, smiling at the ceiling. Haneul starts to imagine about Jackson and Mark from last night. They were both wearing black clothes and black caps. Jackson and Mark with their outfits which they look so good in.
Jackson and Mark looking like gangsters but are actually softies. AAAAAHHHHH! Haneul mentally screams, closes her eyes and just smiled. She did a nod and got up to get ready. She went to her closet and picked out white sweatpants, oversized black shirt, undies, black socks, a new coat which is beige and leaves it on her bed.
She went to the bathroom and took a shower. After showering, she went to her room and wore her clothes, hanging her coat and cross-bag on her arm. Went to Rey's room, waking her up by slapping her face, not hard though. "Yah, wake up." Continues to slap Rey until she wakes up groaning.
"I'm up! I'm up!" Rey groans and sat up while saying this. Haneul left her room after giving Rey a smile. Rey got up and did her things. Like as usual, Haneul puts her coat and cross-bag on the couch, making her, Rey's and EXO's breakfast. EXO came again, eating with the two girls.
Just like the previous days, the classes went by smoothly. Vocal class, Rap class, Acting class and Musical class, they learned a thing or two. In Dance class though, they just practiced their dances until their time was done.
Just like a snap of a finger, it's night time already. Everyone went to their separate ways after eating dinner at the cafeteria because EXO has to practice again, Super Junior, SHINEe, SNSD and F(x) took this chance to rest as they needed it while the gang continues with their practices with Rey. Haneul, again, does not know what to do until an idea struck her.
"Han, I'll be practicing with them again. How about you?" Rey asks Haneul as they, the gang, Rey and Haneul, were heading for the studio where they practice. "I'll find something to do. I'll come back later, okay?" Haneul says which Rey understood immediately. Rey knew what Haneul meant by how she spoke the word 'something'.
"Be careful, okay? Don't stay out too late." Rey told Haneul and Haneul nods her head. "I'll be going, now. Unnies, oppas, Ki Joonie and Rey-ah should practice hard, okay? Fighting!" Haneul encourages her friends and they nod their heads giving their youngest, Haneul, smiles.
Haneul waved goodbye to them as she left the dorm. Taking a stroll around the neighborhood and anywhere her feet could take her. For the purpose of her doing this is to look for crimes taking place. She looks around as she takes her stroll, taking in the details.
Should I buy a mask to cover my face? Better be safe. Haneul thinks to herself as she goes into a convenience store. She put up the hood of her coat to cover her head and face. Looking around the drinks, snacks, food and finally found some face masks. She takes five black face masks as the rest are for emergencies. She went to the cashier to pay for her masks.
The little bell by the door rings, meaning someone went in the store. "This is a robbery! Hands up! You, give me everything you have in the cash register!" A male voice shouts which made the people inside the store frozen in their place.
Haneul shakes her head as she sees the cashier start to open the cash register to get the money from it. Haneul took one of her face masks and wore it. "You! Why aren't you putting your hands up? Want me to shoot you?!" The voice was now behind Haneul as she felt something nudge her back. She could tell this is the robber's first time doing this.
Haneul sighs which made the guy behind her mad. "You think I won't?" Now the thing nudging her back was pressed on her harder. "You shouldn't do bad things, you know. You'll be receiving karma sooner or later." Haneul starts to say as she slowly turns around to face the robber.
Haneul looks around the store, seeing there was only a mother and her high-school son then the cashier. Then, Haneul looks at the robber. Tall, probably 180cm, black long hair, brown eyes, high bridged nose, couldn't see the mouth and chin because it's covered by a mask, neck is not too thin not too fat, body kinda fit, black clothes, looks like in his 20s and is holding a shotgun.
The shotgun was aimed at her chest to which Haneul pushed it up to her head, now aiming for her head. "Can you?" Haneul dared to ask him looking at his eyes. The man gulped as he saw Haneul pushed his shotgun to aim at her head. He hesitated when Haneul asked him that question.
The man stepped back a bit and Haneul saw this chance. She grabs the tip of the shotgun, points it at the ceiling, and kicks the man in the chest, the kick was just enough to push him down. The man lets go of his shotgun to hold his pained chest. Now, Haneul has the gun then removed the bullets. "You! Ah!" The man starts to run out but Haneul puts her leg out and was able to trip the man.
The man fell to the ground with a thud, writhing in pain. "Here's my payment." Haneul gave the cashier the payment for the face masks, takes the face masks and puts it in her coat's pockets. "Do you have any rope I can use to tie this man up?" Haneul asks the cashier.
The cashier quickly runs to their storage room and runs back with rope, giving it to Haneul. Haneul took the rope, crouches down, and grabs both wrists of the man. Tying his wrists together behind his back as he's facing the floor. "I'll be taking him to the police station. You can catch up after your shift to give your testimony and show them the clip from the *points at the cctv* cctv." Haneul says and the cashier nods, who by the way is a girl in her early 30s.
Haneul pulls the man up, held the shotgun tightly on her other hand and walks out of the store. As they were walking towards the police station, the man tries to move out of Haneul's grasp but failed to do so. "I told you that you should not do anything bad. Karma hits like a bitch." Haneul says which the man gave up on escaping.
Accepting his fate, he let himself be brought to the police station. Haneul noticed him being obedient so she became gentle in handling him. Haneul brought the man inside and was greeted by cautious cops who saw her with a shotgun.
"Chill, it's me." Haneul says and puts down her hood with the hand she held with the shotgun. The cops instantly calmed and retracted their hands from their guns. "Here, here." One of the cops motions Haneul towards his work table. Haneul sat the man down gently and placed the shotgun and the bullets on the table.
"I caught him trying to rob a convenience store." Haneul says still with her mask on to not let the man see her face. The cops understood why since people might take revenge once they're out of jail or is bailed out. Hanuel sat down next to the man and gently removes the mask from his face.
The man was staring at Haneul the whole time when she did this. Why is she being gentle with me? The man thinks to himself confused as to why the girl in front of him is being gentle with him, a man who tried to rob a convenience store.
Once Haneul removes the mask, she could finally see his face. Good looking. Could be a model if he didn't try to freakin rob a convenience store. Haneul thinks to herself and laid back on her seat. "Name?" The cop starts to question the man, readying himself to type on his laptop. "Heo Hwan."
Now that the man is talking normally unlike earlier, he was shouting. Haneul found his voice deep and gentle. What could have made him think of doing a robbery? Haneul thinks to herself with possible outcomes and reasons as to why.
"Heo Hwan. 21 years old. Guardian is Heo Seo Ni, your grandmother. Parents, deceased. Unemployed." The cop cites the information found on his laptop. Poor guy. His parents deceased and living with his grandmother. Haneul could only sigh, saddened by it.
"What made you think of robbing the convenience store?" The cop asks the guy, Hwan. "My grandmother is sick and we didn't have enough to buy medicine. So the only thing I thought of was go rob the store to get money to buy the medicine." Hwan truthfully says as his voice cracked, trying to hold his emotions in.
"Ah, this makes me not want to put you in jail." Haneul says while putting her hands behind her head, laying on her seat more. "You could have find a job." Haneul says but Hwan shakes his head. "No one would accept me since I'm inexperienced and didn't finish high-school."
Hwan lets out and Haneul nods at this alone. The cashier from the convenience store showed up and is now beside Haneul, standing with her phone in her hands. "Give the cop the evidence." Haneul tells the cashier and the cashier opens her phone with the video of the cctv.
The cop reviews the clip of the cctv and transfers the video on his laptop. "Thank you." The cop gave the phone back and looks at Haneul. "From the looks of the evidence, he did try to rob the store yet he didn't hurt anyone nor take anything thanks to you. But it's your call." The cop says and looks at Haneul in the end.
Haneul nods knowing what Hwan did was very wrong but it was for him to buy medicine for his grandmother. He had good intentions but used bad actions. Haneul was conflicted on whether to put him in bars or not.
"If you promise me to not do it again, I'll help you and your grandmother but you have to stay in bars till tomorrow night." Haneul says and looks at Hwan. Hwan looks at Haneul back with his eyes wide, shocked at what Haneul said.
"As for your convenience store, I'll pay for the damages if there are any." Haneul looks at the cashier and the cashier shakes her head. "There was no damages thanks to you. So, there's no need to pay." The cashier tells Haneul and Haneul nods her head. "You can go home now. Can someone please take her home? It's quite dangerous at this time in the night." Haneul asks and one of the cops stood up, taking the cashier with her, the cop who stood up.
Haneul went to untie the ropes on Hwan which Hwan held his wrists, rubbing them afterwards. Haneul grabs Hwan's chin to face her. "Promise me." Haneul tells Hwan with their eyes staring at each other. Haneul waiting for his reply. Hwan could see the kindness and gentleness held by her eyes.
"I promise." Hwan finally says which made Haneul remove her mask using her other hand. She gave Hwan a smile. Hwan was flabbergasted at how pretty the girl in front of him is. Hwan couldn't say anything else but continues to stare. "Tell me where your house is. I'll go there with a cop to check and take care of your grandmother. I'll take care of the expenses as well."
Haneul tells Hwan which he slowly nods, still not believing what the girl in front of him is saying. "Ahjussi(older male who is either married or in their late 20s and above), can I request one female officer to come with me to their house and for her to take care of his grandmother?" Haneul turns to look at the cop in front of her and asks for a request. The cop in front of her nods his head and calls for a female cop.
The female officer came and stood beside the other cop. Haneul stood up and went to the female officer. "Is it okay for you, ajumeoni(older female who is middle-aged or just older)?" Haneul could see that the female officer is in her late 20s. "It's alright with me. I know what you're doing and I'm with you on that, little one. Also call me unnie(older sister). Ajumeoni makes me feel old." The female officer smiles at Haneul and ruffles her hair.
"Thank you, unnie!" Haneul then turns to face Hwan. Hwan was writing down the address of his home where his grandmother is. "Ahjussi, take care of Hwan oppa until tomorrow night please. I'll come back for him tomorrow." Haneul politely says with a bow, standing up afterwards which the cop nods his head with a smile towards Haneul.
Ah, this little girl. Makes me think about my daughter. The cop thinks to himself and smiles from remembering his daughter. "Don't worry." The cop says. Haneul smiled at the cop then looks at Hwan. Hwan was putting up the paper with the address indicating for Haneul to get it. Haneul gets the paper. "Thank you. See you tomorrow night, oppa." Haneul gives Hwan one last smile before leaving with the female officer.
I didn't even get her name, yet. That girl's such a mystery. Hwan thinks to himself as he was brought to a cell where he'll be staying till tomorrow night. Hwan has his head down, looking at the floor as he sat down on the bench-like-chair in the cell.
"Don't worry about your grandmother. That girl will take care of her." The cop reassures Hwan as he closes and locks the cell. Hwan was still looking at the floor while listening to what the cop said. Hwan, then looks at the ceiling and smiled. "Thank you. Whoever you are."
Meanwhile...
Haneul and the female officer, who is named Ya Hyo Sonn, a 28 year old, went to the address which Hwan wrote down. They were within a neighborhood which had narrow roads. The car couldn't fit anymore so they went on foot.
Haneul could see the simple houses on each block unlike the modern ones she usually sees. They made their way to the house at the end. They saw that the house look like it was about to break down. Haneul and Hyo Sonn looks at each other and quickly ran inside the house to find the grandmother.
They see the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, and the bathroom. There were two rooms where they haven't checked, yet. Haneul and Hyo Sonn look at each other and nods to each other. Each of them taking a room. Hyo Sonn found a messy room probably Hwan's while Haneul found the grandma on her bed.
"In here!" Haneul yells for Hyo Sonn and went to the grandmother to check on her. "Halmeoni(grandmother). Halmeoni, wake up." Haneul tries to gently shake the grandmother to wake her up. Hyo Sonn came running towards the other room to see Haneul shaking the grandmother.
Hyo Sonn nudges Haneul out of the way gently and checks on the grandmother. She checks if she's breathing but it's faint. Her pulse, also faint. Her temperature of her forehead, cold filled with sweat.
"Haneul-ah, we need to take her to the hospital now!" Hyo Sonn shouts urgently which Haneul takes the grandmother and carries her on her back. Hyo Sonn and Haneul ran outside while making sure the grandmother was not having any difficulties. They quickly fast-walk their way towards the car. Haneul gently lays the grandmother on the backseat, seats with her while Hyo Sonn went to the driver's seat and quickly starts the car.
Hyo Sonn puts the little box of light that releases the color red and blue lights which police officers/cops use to put on top of their car in case of emergencies to make other cars give way. The cars on the road made way for them as they made it to the hospital in no time. Haneul carries the grandmother again and brought her inside the hospital.
"Excuse me we need help asap!" Hyo Sonn ran to the reception and told the receptionist. The receptionist saw the grandmother on Haneul's back and quickly calls for the nurses. Nurses came with a wheelchair and Haneul puts the grandmother in the wheelchair gently. The nurses takes the grandmother somewhere to run tests.
It took hours while Haneul and Hyo Sonn was waiting patiently in the waiting area for the news. When a nurse finally came out, both Haneul and Hyo Sonn stood up. "Are you her guardian?" The nurse asks the one that is older which was Hyo Sonn. "For the time being, yes." Hyo Sonn answers as she nods her head.
"How is she?" Haneul asks the nurse which the nurse removes his mask to give Haneul a smile. "She's fine. Good thing you guys made it on time, we were able to treat her. If you admitted her later than when you did, it would've been critical. She's lucky to have you both to save her." The nurse says which made Haneul and Hyo Sonn sigh in relief.
"That's good. I don't want Hwan oppa to worry more than he already is." Haneul says which Hyo Sonn agrees. "She'll be taken care of here. Don't worry." The nurse says and gave the information to Hyo Sonn. Once everything was taken care of, Haneul and Hyo Sonn was taking a breather outside the hospital.
"I'll stay to take care of halmeoni." Hyo Sonn tells Hanuel as they both look at the night sky. "Thank you. I'll take care of the expenses and your food. Just tell me how much the payment of halmeoni's treatment is when it comes out. Also, here." Haneul tells Hyo Sonn while taking her wallet out. Grabbing a 100,000 won from her wallet and giving it to Hyo Sonn.
"I cant-" Hyo Sonn was cut off by Haneul shoving the money into her hands gently. "It's for your food and expenses for tomorrow. I'll come by when I can with Hwan oppa." Haneul says as she pulls back and continues to stare at the night sky.
Hyo Sonn was filled with the feeling of gratitude. "Thank you. There aren't many people who are like you. Compassionate, kind, gentle and knows how to handle things the right way. Some are always greedy and power or money hungry. It's nice to meet someone like you." Hyo Sonn tells Haneul what she truly felt as she looks at the stars as well, while putting the money in her pockets for safe keeping.
Haneul could only chuckle though she feels great from what Hyo Sonn said. "There's always good and evil. It's just that it depends on the person whether he or she does something good or something evil. It's about the balance of things...." Haneul trails off.
"How you handle it. The balance of knowing what's good and what's evil."
