Ning and Shara left their room around the evening, wearing dark hoods that they got from a random shop they came across.
Ning didn't immediately want to use an invisibility scroll, so they resorted to it. Still, he had the scroll in his hand the entire time should they need it.
As they approached the broken gates of the cities, they saw a large line as people were being stopped and questions. Those who walked around with any sort of full-body gowns were being asked to show their arms. Those with head coverings were forced to take them off.
'They're searching for us,' Shara said with a whisper.
Ning nodded. 'How much energy do you have again?' he asked.
'Plenty,' Shara said. 'I don't know why. Those corpses had a lot of energy.'
'So we can go through the wall?' he asked.
'Oh yes,' she said.
