The girls had a total of three classes to attend the first being Heroics. A theory based subject designed to train the student's mind to handle any situation they might face when working in the field.
To some it was really interesting while the other's were busy talking through telepathy, the later being team A.
"I've heard that John's not coming today, apparently he fell sick." thought Frey, the other's couldn't help but laugh except Celina who was a bit too tired to think at all and was sleeping on her desk.
The teacher however didn't seem to mind. Just like the students the teachers here had similar abilities. Miss Grea, the Heroics teacher was not only known for her remarkable teaching abilities but also for her fortitude to read other people. Coincidently her power matched her personality too. With a glance alone she could point out physical health problems in anyone. She knew something was up with Celina yet she couldn't tell what exactly since what happened to her was just so bizarre.
"Team A!" she slammed her ruler onto the table.
The members of team A stood up immediately with the exception of Celina. In between their giggling they were obviously surprised to be called out.
None of them had any idea what Miss Grea was gonna do had she caught them chatting telepathically somehow? They weren't sure.
Lisa tried waking up Celina but it wasn't of any use.
"What's with your team leader?" miss Grea asked.
Instantly a wave of stammering went through their heads and all of them yelped and grabbed their heads, it seemed the sudden change in frequency of talk was too much for telepathy.
Miss Grea was now quite certain of something she'd expected for someone in the class to try.
"So telepathy, Lisa Ross i believe that would be your ability." she gave lisa a intimidating gaze and obviously Lisa couldn't speak up.
"I see, first week of school and you are already using your abilities. I'll have you know that if I catch you using you powers in class again you'd all be in a lot of trouble especially you Lisa" she said pointing at Lisa. She took the heat directly on herself today. 'it'll be quite some time before she tries to use her power again'
"That's probably what she's thinking ha!" Lisa talked to the other girls telepathically again. Although a bit surprised but none of them were stranger to mischief so they went along with it.
Celina was finally woken up by miss Grea, she was given a warning before the period was over.
Now that they were done with heroics they were changing their clothes for physical attributes class.
In the changing room filled with the odor of flower based powders and other florescent products the smell of sweat was the most prominent. The seniors had used the room just before them and quite honestly it was unbearable and yet nobody complained because what was gonna comes next would be much worse the feeling of actually being drenched in sweat.
"I don't like to exercise to be honest." Sasha had a gloomy look on her face as she said that.
"Shut up you do so well in this class, don't try to show off." Celina said aa she finished changing her clothes.
"Anyways let's go." Rose felt a little out of place in physical exercise but she was the type of person who'll do what they had to do even if they didn't want to or liked it.
The gym area was already filled with people from all years and classes, people were free to exercise however they want until a special exercise was presented by the gym teacher. The gym teacher himself was a bit sketchy.
The girls had started stretching before their usual exercises.
"I've heard he's been to jail a couple of times." Rose eyed the teacher sitting in a chair eyeing everyone.
Celina helped Frey stretch her spine to touch her feet but it almost seemed impossible for her.
"I'm more surprised by pon, she's like a rocket." Frey pointed at Pon zooming around in the gym performing all kinds of activities without breaking a sweat.
The girls were definitely surprised but at this point they were used to it and asking pon about it was no use either.
"I didnt wanted to talk about this but since she's busy right now." Celina stopped helping Frey and turned to look at pon herself.
"I've heard she's a Norman." as Celina said that all of their heads turned towards her. They were much surprised by the sudden news.
"It might just be a rumor though, after they died in 'the calamity' ."
Pon was really flexible and quite strong for her hight and age and from that moment onwards the girls were slight bit scared.
Soon after they got finished with the class they went their own way , none of them had any interest in attending the last class so they decided to pass their time roaming the campus or doing whatever they had planned for that day.
Celina and Fray went somewhere together while the others just went alone either to meet with their crushes or to simply pass time.
Rose was a bit worried as she walked the corridors and finally entered the reading room she had brought something to read with her. It was someone's diary she had found when she first moved into the dorms but she couldn't find herself to read whatever was in their until finally today.
She sat down on one of the chairs and hid the diary inside an even bigger, she didn't wanted to be disturbed so she tried acting as if she was studying. That was part of the reason why she never opened it up in her dorm room so as not to be disturbed by the other girls.
As she opened the first page a name was written on it. While the page was brown as if brushed by dust the letters were in white with black outlines, it read.
"Austin Starlin" she breathed.
