Seeing the crude attempt to intimidate her, Jin just smirked. Her killing intent could be seen radiating towards Jess. Her only thought at that very moment was of how hard she wanted to embarrassment her.
"Oh, if he's been with you all this time then why don't I smell an ounce of him on you?" A look of confusion was implanting itself on Jess. She had no idea who this woman was or what she knew, yet she had a sense of fear under her gaze. Seeing this, Jin continued to prod, "in fact, I smell only one guy on you. Although it's mixed with your own ghastly smell it's there. A brother...or a cousin maybe."
Jess staggered backwards. Fear spread across her entire body hearing these words. All she could think is 'how does she know about that? Neither of us ever said a word to anyone'. Enlightened by her actions, Jin decided to drive the nail home.
"Although this is certainly my first time in this quaint town, I have spent an ample amount of time in Europe. Even within the actual city the founders picked from for its name, nobody smells of their own kin as heavily as you do." Jin scoffed at the scared girl infront of them before pulling Nick by the arm. "Nicky, let's pick out some clothes and head home. I want to see which movies are on tonight."
Baffled by what just played out in front of him, Nick could only chuckle at her word. Following her deeper into the store, he helped her pick out a couple outfits and a basic pair of undergarments. Anything more 'tasteful' would have to be ordered or bought from the closest city. Cashing out, he looked around the store. To his surprise, the nuisance they'd encounter had long left and hadn't even purchase one pair of the shorts they were looking at.
Leaving the store, they decided to make a detoured the same mom-n-pop store Nick had been to just a few hour ago. Picking out meals for a couple days, they managed to draw a bit of attention from the few people shopping alongside them. Most were familiar with Nick. Aside from his name, all they knew about him was he'd come to town last year and had never caused any trouble. They were clueless to the beauty with him but from how they acted, they could only assume she was his girlfriend.
Arriving home, Nick turned to the kitchen while Jin went to put away everything they had bought. Food then clothes. When she was done, she began cleaning the place up. Although he was rarely home before, the place was still lived in. A hamper of dirty clothes lay spread across the bedroom floor. A pile of towels from this morning and likely the morning before. Enough laundry for two loads was brought by her to the washer and was meticulously placed inside for the first load.
Coming back to the kitchen, she began setting the table for them while Nick was finishing the food. The arouma coming from the stove made her mouth water. Aside from this morning, she never ate home-cooked meals. She became slightly jealous of how many world apart the two lived until now.

After dinner, the two again did the dishes. Today alone rivaled the amount of dishes Nick would have gone through in a week. Yet, he was overjoyed to have shared his cooking with her. Once the last dish was away they settled on the couch. Nestled under his arm, Jin scanned the available channels for something to peak her interest.
A half hour into some movie about intimate friends, the two began to explore 'other' means of entertainment. To his surprise, Jin acted first. Reaching her head up, she began kissing the side of his neck. Not opposed to the idea, Nick had one thought, 'this is going to be a long night'.
