"Can you explain where Aletta has been all day?" Aksa asked in a low but intimidating tone.

" I ... I is just hanging out with friends," Aletta closed her eyes, soon her father would explode. Aletta should not come home late.

"Hah..." Aksa sighed tiredly, with her head leaning on the sofa, her eyes staring blankly at the ceiling of the house.

Aletta was still sitting with her hands tightly gripping the glass of milk in her lap. her eyes staring blankly at her glass, her heart beating fast, without the slightest bit she dared to look at her father who was sitting right next to her.

"Why you skipping?" the question sounded so full of pressure because of holding back anger.
