Chapter 3- A month to breath
KAYLEE
"I'm really happy I can finally hold TLK'S lastest merch edition. I wish I can be able to attend their concert, fansign, meet and touch them. If only our parent could understand we ain't going through a phrase!" Irene sadly said having fun with her lastest new edition.
"Yeah, I don't think that will be happening soon", Eve reasoned sitting cross-legged on the brown comfortable swing.
Our hideout is more like a small penthouse, the black small gate outside of the house, glass windows, artificial flowers, different love shaped couches, different colors and shapes of pillow, a long swing right in the right of the room as the huge, large and decorated shelf stands in the left side of the room.
The true is finally out.
We are all fan girls of a group boy band called 'TLK' The Last Knights. We have been in love with them for a very long time but unfortunately our parent are not accepting the fact we love them being our Idols.
They treat their fans like they know and understands them, their words and impact makes us happy, free to believe, to dream. I wish our parent could respect that.
Yep, they are from Australia but known Internationally. Their songs touches and melt our hearts even Evelyn being the most mature among us love and respect them. Their lyrics has so much deep meaning and love in them, how could not expect us to not love them.
Well, they are only seven yes they are much but nothing we couldn't take in. They look different but also similar, they have different roles in the group which makes them special. Four Vocalists, Three Rappers.
In our hideout that we designed when I was 12, we spent more of our lives here. Eve and Irene respected and admired my love for them watching me they gradually developed their love for them.
But I don't why I couldn't help the feeling there is something wrong with my favorite boy band !!!!! .
"I know right, they brought the best of us and I love them more for that", I spoke arranging our merchandise orderly on our brown, grey and white collection shelf.
"Yes and I won't be able to bear in the pain when I see them disbanding in the next future", Irene frowned and sadly pouted unconsciously.
Eve hummed in agreement, watching the star in the opened glass roof over us. My phone buzzed but I ignored it admiring the stars.
For a while now, my phone kept buzzing getting annoyed I picked furiously when I heard a loud reprimanding.
"KAYLEE ARIANA BRIDGET, WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU RIGHT NOW", I flinched and whined at the impact of the loud noise, moved the phone for my ear briskly.
"Hey Mom, before you say anything I'm fine no need to be worried" she cooed and reasoned.
"You need to explain to me right this minute where you are-", I cut her off before she could continue.
"Mom, I'm heading home right now. I will call you back", I rushed out quickly and cut the call.
Lifting my head up to see Irene and Eve worried faces.
"Girls we need to get home, it's already later I mean super late. We were so engrossed didn't even know what time is it. Our parents are gonna be mad", I said in a panic state checking the time on my phone as it displayed 9:15 pm.
Wow time flies so fast....
"What !!! And Woah", that was all Rene said before standing up heading towards the door putting on her heels.
"Bye sweethearts, good night to you all", she replied.
"Guys I will give you a call when I get home and luckily escape from the lecture I will be receiving soon".
"Sweet dreams, sleep tight", Eve called out to me.

On my way without bodyguards or an overprotective father I felt free.
Free to life
Free to breath
I felt alive even though it's dark and scary but I'll cherish this moment cause I haven't been alone for the longest time.
Decided to call my mom knowing she must be worried sick.
Few seconds of ringing a voice came through.
"What in the world is going on princess. Tell me where you are, I will send your assigned bodyguards to fetch you", my mom commanded over the phone.
"Oh no, don't stress them mom. I'm pretty sure they are already stressed out looking for me and I know Sebastian is going to scold them for being careless. I'm on my way mom, don't be scared"
"Okay dear but make sure you get up as fast as possible. I miss my princess already", she said with much emotion and love as a mother.
"See you soon mom and please inform Izzy and dad not to be worried, I'm safe".
Thirty minutes have gone, I reached home standing next to the door if the living room. Unsuspiciously listening to my mom conversation with dad, it sound pretty heated.
"No don't worry honey, she is on her way home. Get home soon, we need to discuss some issues with her", she said sitting on one of the couch not noticing my presence.
"That's enough Andrew Jace Bridget, she is eighteen for goodness sake can't you allow her to live her life for a single day", my mom yelled, I'm sure my dad was so concerned he blamed her for my absence.
"No, don't tell me calm down. You should calm down and get over your overprotective ass-", she turned her head and saw me at the door with a weak smile. "and don't you worry, your precious daughter is back home completely fine. When you get back, I need to fix your overprotective dad attitude" she cut the call before my dad could answer.
"Princess, go to your room and freshen up when dinner is ready I will call you down", I rushed to my mom quietly not saying a word.
In my room after freshing up it was quite relaxing, Isabelle brisk into my room. "Where have you been princess? You had everyone worried especially your mom", she demanded.
I moved to the bed wearing my red pajamas sitting on the bed with my leg folded to the other.
"I was at our hideout, TLK's merch arrived today and we were having the best time of our life we forgot about the time and outside world", I shrugged unaffectedly but deep down I am so sad for making my loved ones worried.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to stay out and keep you guys worried", I apologized in a guilty tone.
"That apology is not for me but your Mom. Now go down and apologize to her for being a little spoilt princess", she joked lively standing next to my bed.
"Okay I will and I'm not a spoilt little princess", I said cutely smiling at Isabelle.

"Mom, what are we having for dinner" I asked walking into the dinning room.
"Since today wasn't a good day I made your Dad's favorite to please him", she replied still in the kitchen.
"That's great mom, at least he gets whatever he wants but I don't", I murmured sadly.
"No no darling, don't be like that. You should know he is protecting you from his enemies cause he loves you", she stood closer in the dinning room giving me a reassuring smile.
"Sometimes I doubt that Mom"
"Where is this all coming from? . Darling stop and let's have one peaceful dinner together", she reprimanded walking back into the kitchen with the maids helping.
"Mom I'm sorry, I'm sorry for being childish, I'm sorry for making you worried, I'm sorry that I said all that...I just feel that he is not accepting what I want the most, he doesn't understanding me enough to know what I'm feeling", I sighed keeping my head low, running my hand through my hair.
"Princess, I love you and you know that. I'm protecting you from the enemies at the company. You're going to take over the Bridget Group and the shareholders are trying to find fault in you to snatch away the company your grandfather and I worked hard for....." My dad's voice boomed at my back unknown to me he was listening to our conversation for a while.
"I know Dad, I know I'll be the heiress of Bridget Group but...but did you ever care for what I wanted", I stated gesturing out her frustration.
"Why do you care more about those boys than your company. They don't even know about your existence!!", my father pointed out walking over the couch.
"Dad, you d-don't know them then why are you saying all these. I love them, my love for them is more than....Dad please give me a month, I just need a month to breath, to get to understand my feelings, to think. Dad after a month of trying to g-get over them I will gladly come back to take over", I said with teary eyes in a pleading tone.
He walked up to me and kissed my cheeks "Fine Princess, I will give you a month to travel to any part of the world but after a month you have to be prepared to take over Bridget Group", he finally agreed caressing my long curled brunette hair.
"Thanks Dad. Mom I have lost my appetite, I'm heading to my room", said wearing a fake appreciated smile.
"Honey don't be sad, she will later understand you're doing this for her sake and don't worry about her safety after all she is our daughter", I heard my mom said softly to my dad.
When will I finally understand !!!!.
I climbed the stair and striding into my room not without slamming my door angry.
I was angry at myself for making the promise I couldn't fulfill. I can't get over them in just a month.
I was furious at my dad for making me this angry.
I was mad at my mom for keeping quiet as her husband decided.
I sighed slumped my body right into my bed. I heard my door quirked turning my head to see a worried and pity looking Isabelle at the entrance.
"I'm so sorry princess, I know you love them", she carresed my hair, sitting at the edge of my bed next to me.
"It's really unfair, Izzy"
"No, they are only watching out for you like a parent would do!!", She tried to convince me either way trying to change the topic.
I shrugged not knowing where this is going to.
"Have you choosen the country you're planning to go to?", Izzy tapped my lap grinned widely.
I sat upright on my queen's bed thinking hard of Izzy's questions.
"No I don't think so and I don't care"
"Lee, Lee I have a great idea. Why!! Why!! Don't you go to Australia", Izzy jumped on my bed. She is so funny and overly excited when she get a great idea.... That's what she says each time.
"Izzy I know you're excited about your idea. But why will I travel to Australia of all countries", I asked confused.
Izzy groaned, I hissed as she slapped my back painfully.
"Yeah yeah. There is something special about Australia you're not thinking hard of"
"And what's that?. Can you please get straight to point".
"Fine fine. You once told me TLK are from Australia, why don't you go and enjoy more about TLK in Australia", she explained and nodded leaving me all surprised.
"Tsk. It's a great idea but also wrong, cause I don't know if TLK are currently in Australia and if they are Izzy they are celebrities, celebrities Izzy I can't just meet them on the street anyhow"
"It doesn't matter Lee, you can visit Australia for a sight viewing, I heard they has admirable tourists center. I have a good feeling that something big will happen soon, go for me please", she pleased.
"Okay fine. I will have to inform Evelyn and Irene tomorrow"
