Ever since that day Nesrin stabbed a knife into Allerick, he had been on short words and would mostly allow her to do whatever she pleases, while he would battle with his inner battles, sometimes Eru would come to see Nesrin, and they would very converse together, and Eru would teach some skills to Nesrin, Allerick may join and they were pretty much changing each other as the time flies.
Today Nesrin was just sitting by the rooms window and observing the bloody sky, she felt bored and didn't even know what to do, even Allerick was nowhere to be found in the palace, her fiery red hair highlighted her red tunic she was wearing, she wished there was even white to wear in the palace, then she thought of something.
"Why didn't I even think of this, I have been sitting by this window, observing the sky that brought me to this world, when I could just transport myself to Eru's palace?" Nesrin fished out a glowing white scale from her dress pocket, she put two of her fingers on it and chanted some words and then a white mist enveloped her and she vanished in thin air.
When she opened her once closed eyes, she was happy to feel the fresh and sweet air of Eru's palace, the heart of the sea, Tokori appeared beside her, and rubbed its head on her legs, Nesrin turned to look at it and smiled warmly, Nesrin never thought she would be intruding as she found this place her second home.
"Tokori, shall we go swimming?" Nesrin asked the creature which shrieked when it heard that it scurried away to Eru who walked out of the water, Nesrin who followed the little thing with her eyes, found Eru standing with the little thing, with pants and a bare torso.
"Oh Eru have you been single in all of your thousands of yours, why show me your bare body?" Nesrin said looking away from him, and glaring at Tokori, who whimpered under her fierce gaze, he didn't do anything wrong yet he is the one been glared at.
"Are you flustered by it?" Eru suddenly asked, bringing Nesrin to look at him once again, in shock, Nesrin shook her head defiantly, yes she was flustered but which sane person would admit it bluntly, Nesrin bit her lower lip in agitation.
"I was aiming for you to say yes" Eru said, his expression never breaking to a cheerful one, remains only strong and cold faced, Nesrin had gotten used to it, it was only for once that she got to see his smile, and it was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen in her life.
"Why?" Nesrin asked her ears perking up to hear something juicy, in this life, she got to have two strong men beside her, one a vampire and the other a dragon, Nesrin had never asked why this saintly dragon was beside an evil cold hearted dragon.
"Because I like when your cheeks are red" Eru said it very innocently, like he wasn't meaning for it to touch her soul or anything, he said this with all honesty and all that, Nesrin began laughing, like what she just heard was the most funniest thing she had ever heard in her entire life, Nesrin didn't mean to laugh but she found it funny.
"If people in my world heard you, they would think you are hitting on them or something like that" She laughed once again, Eru used that opportunity to come close to her, he wrapped his hands around her waist which made her to stop laughing and look at him, she was quite shocked that they were very close, and her heart was beating nonstop.
"I like it when you laugh, it's beautiful and serene" there was this glimpse of shine in his eyes before dying down, it made Nesrin fascinated by it, she couldn't even stop looking at his eyes.
"Your eyes, they speak of many things, its powerful and magical" Eru spoke while his eyes kept every bit of her, Nesrin almost got drowned in his impending gaze, if not because of how she withdrew from him in urgency like he was a plague, and she didn't want to contact him.
"Sorry I came here to swim" Nesrin said and loosed the knot on her upper part of her robes, she then dived into the flawless water, and began swimming, Eru never knew this skills before but she made it known to him, and when he dived into the water too, he transformed into his dragon form and swam too.
He kept his normal pace, while Nesrin kept swimming fast until she got tired and rested her back against the rock wall of the water, when Eru saw that she stopped and rested he did the same, he transformed into his human form and rested his back too.
"You seem troubled, what must be troubling you?" Eru asked after observing how her eyes had travelled to where he could not reach, she was wet and dripping, she looked like a flawless goddess, whenever she was out of the water.
Nesrin didn't know why but immediately she was out of the water, she felt this pang in her heart, like someone was coming for her, it was a feeling, a dead thing coming awake, something was coming yet she doesn't know what that seemed to be, she doesn't even know why it was bothering her, as she knows that in this world she was wanted by all.
"Eru was there a gathering to come, that I don't know about?" Eru stared at her for a second before his lips moved to answer her, he was complicated for a reason and he didn't know why.
"It's the dedication of the gods, the one that your father the king of humans invited all races for the dedication of his child" Nesrin rolled her eyes and kicked the water, pouting her lips.
"I told them it's a bad idea, but they were adamant on not changing their decisions, So many creatures were after the human races, even the vampires, with their nature when they were done with the event the whole human races would have been sucked dry!" Nesrin was agitated and angry about the matter, but she was calm about it strangely.
"If Dederick made this decision then he must have a valid reason, and Allerick has taught his people well, don't bother" Eru reassured her, and Nesrin smiled sweetly at him, She then used her fingers and cupped his chin, making his lips to squeeze making an 'O', Nesrin found it very cute.
"You look very cute now, like a little dragon, blue eyes, crystal horn, and does enticing lips, if you were a player, you would have many women at your feet" Nesrin laughed at her own words, Eru didn't understand her but he knew what she meant.
"I do not need Women in my existence, I am a god, the god of serenity, women are the bane of existence!" Eru said with his chin up, as he said that proudly, Nesrin chuckled at his expression, making his eyes to meet hers again.
"I am the god of serenity and women are the bane of my existence" she mimicked his own words with her eyes rolled and laughed again, Making Eru to not even bother with her, until she touched him and he looked at her.
"So that means I am the bane of your existence?" Nesrin asked her eyes widened and teary making her look adorable and fragile, Eru was shocked, and didn't know what to say and wanted to correct himself.
"You are never the bane of my existence, you are the peace that comes when I am troubled" Eru said with his eyes still dead on her, his face every serious, and Nesrin felt her heart skipped a beat before she cleared her throat and looked somewhere else.
