The day had dawned for Hina to meet with the grand duke. Their little secret she had eventually spilled to Suki as she saw no need to hide it from her any longer.
Suki, as usual, was more excited than the lady as she ransacked through her closet for a most suitable dress for the lady's date with the grand duke.
"You look so beautiful, my lady!" Suki said, weaving tiny pieces of flower fabrics into the lady's hair, impressed with her handiwork.
"The grand duke is going to be speechless when he sees my lady" Suki said with assurance, her eyes twinkling mischievously as she spoke.
"Be careful with your words, Suki" Hina interjected. Suki pressed her lips together, calming her excitement. It was as clear as day how the duke felt about the lady but only she seemed to not have noticed yet. These were the moments when she knew that ignorance wasn't bliss.
