"It's quite lively, isn't it?" I asked.
"Uhuh," Anne replied.
"But...why are we standing here? Don't you think it's a little far?" I asked, looking at the people at least a 100 feet away from us.
"Um...because we don't know anyone and also we don't have partners as well" Ivy replied to which I nodded.
"But don't you think that until we don't interact with people we will never get to know them? Plus the fact that we still need a partner. It's odd to go to a ball without a partner and this is our first ever ball as an adult. The last time I went to a ball was when I was nine and I don't even remember it" I said.
'Adult? Sabrina, only you are an adult. They are not.' I scolded myself. I looked towards the other two only to find them nodding with a serious expression.
'Wait? Do they really consider themselves as adults?' I questioned.
