"Which Aisle?".
"It was Aisle no. ...." I was about to say but his expressions didn't seem right as if he was looking for something, not specifically someone. He had a smug look on his face which made me uncomfortable and doubtful.
"TELL ME ALREADY!" the man suddenly shouted, making me flinch.
"I-it was Aisle no. 8" I blurted out at the speed of light as he squinted his eyes in suspicion.
"Aisle no. 8?" he asked suspiciously as I confidently nodded.
"That brat sure runs fast" the man mumbled to himself
"He is in Aisle no. 8 " He shouted, making me flinch. Some more men came out of nowhere and went towards the opposite direction where Aisle no. 8 was located which is quite far since the library is quite huge.
I sighed in relief as they left and as soon as they went out of sight I turned towards the aisle I came from, where the boy was hiding.
