The dawning light of the Sun burnt the darkness of night to bring forth Day. Tristendyre's skies were flooded with clouds that grew darker around the horizon; but the siege did not compromise on the fairness and warmth of the morning.

The cities and towns were a-buzz; excitement was crisp in the air.

The dress-makers, smiths and bakeries were thriving, with the Day of Coronation advancing as nigh as the very following day. They made a mastery of their resources and haste with their orders that the wealthy and the poor had placed in the custody of their business.
