"Yes", I murmured.
" Are you sure about what are you saying? ", Zaire asked. Tom didn't say a word, it was like he was waiting for me to confirm that I'm just pulling their leg and he will start talking again.
"Yes, I'm sure. I heard everything"
"What did he say"Zaire inquired. He made it look like he doesn't trust what I'm saying. Like I was this crazy girl. This made me angry but also unfroze me.
"Oh, you don't trust me", I didn't murmur but spoke clearly." My name is Tom, sorry I try to eat you yesterday, pardon me I should know that you can't hear my snake language, Zaire be a gentleman and translate.....", I was just not using the mouth to speak but my body was also doing the talking as well.
"Okay, Okey. You heard him" Zaire interrupted me."But how come you can hear him?"He inquired with that disbelieve on his face. He was undoubtedly shocked.
"I don't know" I replied. I wasn't very sure that I'm happy or shocked.
"Since when did start hearing animals when they speak", He asked and Tom added," Yeah, since when?".Tom looked confused but also interested.
"Since now, I think. I was with the monkeys today, but I didn't hear anything other than chanting. The ostriches were chasing me but I just heard a hissing sound." I replied as I walking around.
" What about when you were young?"Zaire asked.
"Nothing" I replied. I was also thinking about how come I can hear the python.
Zaire walks around for a while and you could tell that he is thinking a lot about this situation.
"Zak, you can come out,", Zaire said and a male white lion comes out from behind the bushy thorn trees.
The lion took its time as it walked to Zaire. Right next to Zaire, it quietly sat down.
"Can you please say something", Zaire asked the lion. The lion just kept quiet, you could tell that it hated to be ordered around.
"Zak, I said please.", Zaire said. Tom had raised his head and looked curiously at Zaire. It was like he was studying the whole situation. I'm also looking at both Zak and Zaire curiously. My biggest question is would I hear the lion.
"I'm waiting for praises of how I quickly found your girlfriend. A thank you is not enough.", Zak finally spoke with this deep voice.
" I not his girlfriend", I said. Oh no, I also heard the lion. This means that I can hear animals. But how? How did these happen?
"So you heard the lion?", Zaire asked.
"Yes", I simply stated.
"Do you know what does this means?" He asked more relaxed than before. If you ask me I would say he was happy.

"You think, Zendaya you can talk to animals", Zaire excitingly said.
"I can talk to animals, but how?"
"Yes, how?"Tom added still very shock.
"I don't know, but I don't care. This is incredible. Don't you see?", Zaire said as he held me up and circled. He made it look easy. I was a bit surprised by his excitement, but what shocked me the most was when he held up like a baby and rotated. The last time when I was carried that way was when I was just 5 years old.
Shocked, but it felt good. Don't know what to say, I just put a smile on my face. A huge smile, as I was being rotated. It felt like I was flying.

When Zaire arrived at this place, he heard that the people here can't talk to animals, unlike where he comes from. When he met Zendaya he wasn't expecting her to hear animals. He is a bit shocked but somehow excited. This is minus one thing that he is hiding from Zendaya. It also means that Zendaya will be close to understanding his kinds and more adventure for them. He couldn't wait to show Zendaya around. In his mind, there were so many things. He had even forgotten the reason for his arrival at this forest for a moment.
Zaire was very happy by the fact that Zendaya can speak to animals. The eagle(Sedi) and Zak didn't care. It was not their business anyway. Zendaya was not sure about her emotions, but Tom was sure. Tom was very upset and irritated as well. He hated Zendaya, and simply because Zaire stopped him from eating her yesterday and insult the pain by asking him to take off her. He thought that Zendaya would be eaten by wild animals but now she can talk animals. Tom knew that he had to come up with the plan to get rid of her, without getting into trouble.
