Ben woke up to the sound of the knock on his door and Bruce's voice came right after the knock.
"Ben, get your lazy ass off the bed, we are late for classes already".
Ben struggled, as he rubbed his eyes with his right hand as he got off the bed, took his brush and went to the bathroom.
He took about 10 minutes in the shower, stepped out and dried his body, all the time he wasn't in a hurry.
"Why should I hurry to be in school?" Questions he kept asking himself, my dad really never completed his education and yet he is so rich and powerful.
His mind raced back to the night they lost their father in the hospital, he was rushed to the hospital around 11pm in a taxi, he had two bullet holes on his right side and one on his upper left arm. By the time they got to the hospital, he had already lost so much blood and he was at his last time.
After a long struggle to get him back to life which didn't work out, the sad news came, he has given up the ghost, Bruce kept staring at his lifeless body in hopes to stare him back, but it doesn't work that way.
Back to Ben's room.
Ben shock his head and looked down, for what seemed to be the very first time, he felt sorry and sad. Just then Bruce rushed in without knocking, one look at Ben, he was disappointed, he still had his towel on and there was no sign of him being in a hurry.
"What's your problem lad, can't you knock? He asked with an angry look, Bruce sighed and headed straight to his wardrobe to get his cloths.
"What if I was naked you idiot, you didn't think of that, did you ?.. Bruce looked up at him and threw the cloths he selected on him, "oh, well it doesn't make a difference if you're naked or not" he replied and went out, just as he was leaving, he shouted "you got 5mins to make up, or I'm going without you"
Ben came downstairs and met Nancy who was relaxing on the couch.
"Hey Nan, where is the Angel? He asked. Nancy looked up, "Beautiful morning Mr. Ben, your brother left already and he said he couldn't wait for your lazy self any longer". Ben looked at her in disgust and left.
On getting to school, he was already 10minutes late to his biology class, he walked straight in and his eyes met with Mrs. Cliffwood's, the biology teacher.
"Oh gosh, I hate this woman, die already will you? He said to himself, as he went to his desk.
"Ben, why are you always late to classes? She asked. Just before he could have his sit. Ben shock his head and looked up.
"My family pays you to teach, and not to ask Ben stupid questions about his life and time" he replied and left the class.
Ben came out the hallway, as he walked out the building, his mind ran back to what just happened.
"Who does she think she is?. She needs money and of cause a good living, that's why she became a teacher in the first place, I got me everything I need. Alright that's it Ben great man, no more school for you big boy." Just then his phone beeped, he took out the phone and checked it, a text from Bruce:- "Meet me outside the western gate".
Hey angel, he said as he got closer to where Bruce was standing.
"Hi, man" Bruce said while handing him over the piece of paper he was holding.
"What's that? Ben asked, as he collected it and opened it. He seemed very happy going through it.
"Well, look at this. Today just got better man and this shouldn't bother you man, I already did expelled myself a while ago, school ain't for me man, see you at home angel". Bruce kept staring at him like a statue, until he was out of sight.
Ben got home looking very happy and excited, the surprise look on Nancy's face was rather too obvious and barely hidden, she kept asking herself series of questions as what could lead to the sudden happiness of his very mean young boss. First he is home early, he gave me a hug and he's been singing and dancing ever since his return. ''What ever it is, I hope it stays on, happiness looks good on him'' she said with a smile and got on with her normal chores.
Bruce was in hurry, when he got home and met Nancy at the front door, she greeted him, but Bruce didn't even notice her, he hurriedly went inside like he was being pursued by a ghost. Nancy stood there for a while looking surprised and confused, ''could they have switched bodies ?, I can't believe this, what's going on here, has Bruce changed to Ben and Ben to Bruce ? Realising she's been there all by herself and the answers to her questions isn't coming either, she went straight inside to the only place she could get the answers

On getting to the stairs, she heard arguing voices coming straight from Ben's room, she rushed to the door to eavesdrop and get the answers to her curiosity.I'm telling you that was a very wrong thing to do bro, least you could do was to apologise for being late to class again, mum was in school and she wasn't happy, now you have to apologise to the whole school for your rude behaviour and..... ''What ? Ben shouted, cutting his brother short before he could finish with his statement. ''Whoaa, there is no way in this world I'm apologising to anybody bro, I don't owe them no apology man, mum's getting angry because she wants to, who the hell they think they are anyway, ooh look, Ben's going to do whatever they want and however they want it, I'm not that person Bruce, I don't care about them, I don't care about you or mum, I don't care about anybody, you can do all you want to please anyone man,just leave me out of it, I'm old enough to make my own decisions and stand by it, I'm done with school and I'm done with your life teachings, I think I'm done having this conversion with you as well bro, get the hell away from my room and shut the door behind you man''Bruce stood staring at him for a while before heading out of his room.
