When he got outside, he started searching for monsters and he encountered many monsters and killed them all. During all this, a screen suddenly appeared saying "Do you want to take a job or a title related to your skills and it will resemble you?" Kazama thought "maybe this job is just like the jobs in games which affects the skill I have and I will gain". Kazama chooses "yes" then another screen appeared saying "you will be transported to a suitable place" then the timer starts counting

The darkness falls infront of kazama's eyes and kazama can't see anything, then kazama felt like he is floating in the air and after 3 seconds he fell onto the ground and says "how the hell did I end up falling?" And kazama's vision starts restoring little by little and then it completely returns and kazama saw that there's no light so he can't really be sure of the surroundings. Then he stood up and he sees that there's darkness everywhere.
So kazama thought "first I'll see my surroundings" and started walking. Just when kazama started walking, fireballs levitating in the air appeared and they started appearing one by one along the edges continuously. When last fireball appeared he saw that it's a castle and it's very big. The inner walls of the castle are huge and the fireballs continued till the end of the wall and then kazama started walking towards the wall infront of him where fireballs ends but in between a screen appeared saying "you will be tested here and will be given a job according to your survival" another one appears saying "you have to survive till the countdown reaches 0".
A box appeared above kazama indicating the countdown number 240:00: It's the limit. When the survival will start, the countdown will also start and will continue till it reaches the 0. It means kazama will have to survive for 4 hours if he wants a job befitting his powers.
Another screen appeared saying "your time will start now" and the timer started suddenly counting

The fireballs suddenly vanished and it became pitch dark, then suddenly fireballs appeared again and to the surprise of kazama, he sees that there's a bug which is flying is infront of him. That bug was kind of cute and kazama tried to walk and touch it but when kazama moved an inch, that bug reacted violently and started moving faster in air and attacked kazama through his web which came out of his mouth, sticks to the kazama and that bug threw kazama with his web into the wall. Kazama fell into the wall and made a partial hole in the wall as big as kazama and then kazama fell on the ground.
Kazama stood up and said "what the hell is wrong with this bug?" Then that bug suddenly accelerated towards kazama and was coming at a high speed, fortunately kazama saw it and dodged it. But that bug is not going to stop by just simple methods so kazama called out his dagger and activated his skill sprint and moved towards that bug, since that bug was small and it was really powerful, that bug saw through kazama and tried to avoid kazama's attack but kazama already predicted this and said "hm..do you think I would be such a weak enemy, I had already predicted this,now die" after saying this kazama threw his dagger in mid air towards the bug and while that bug was avoiding kazamas attack, it didn't saw kazama's plan and kazama's dagger stabbed the bug and it was fatal so that bug went down and then it became ash and then vanished. Kazama killed his first enemy and he sees that timer is above him and it indicates the time left - 200:56. So only 40 minutes have passed since the start of his task.
Since kazama always gained experience and sp points and some items by killing monsters but this time he didn't even receive a notification in the form of a screen that he had gained experience, so he thought that"it might be possible that in this place my exp. and all are locked so I can just kill and then choose my job". Then a screen appeared saying
"you have successfully exterminated a minor bug and now you'll be facing more powerful monsters and it will become hard to kill them"
Kazama thought "hm...so now I have to more careful"
Kazama was standing there and suddenly the air became quiet, so quiet that it started giving a dangerous vibe, then a gate portal appeared in one end of the room and first an ogre came out, and this ogre was not a simple one bit it was the leader of a large hoard of ogres and was exceptionally powerful, next a snake, it was dark red in colour and its name was - venom surplex and it was an ss rank monster of highest calliber, and then all small, small monsters started coming, although those small monsters was not a threat to kazama individually but so many came out that the room was filled with all of them and kazama was in the centre of them. Kazama thought "they are not powerful enough but there are so many of them, how should I even defend?"
But that gate portal didn't closed even after sending all of those monsters. Suddenly kazama feels like puking due to the immense pressure of a powerful being in the surrounding, kazama was just barely standing by the vibe that monster was emitting, then a monster came out of the gate and kazama got goosebumps, it was a Griffin.
(Griffin are creatures that have a lion's body and a bird's head and they also have wings, they were believed to be found rarely on the world where Kazama is currently fighting. This Griffin has a lion's body and an eagles head along with wings.)
Kazama thought "this Griffin is on a different level than others". In this world griffins were considered to be rarely alive. All other monsters were also terrified by that griffin. When that griffin came out of the gate portal, all other monsters moved aside making a way for the griffin.
While kazama was in a thought the monsters started attacking him. Kazama carefully dodged all of their attacks by activating his skill sprint while he also attacked some monsters and took out a few of them. This continued for a while but kazama was slowly loosing stamina.
When the monsters became less in number, the ogre stepped forward and challenged kazama by raising his sword infront of Kazama, all other monsters stopped and glared at them, kazama said "oho,so if you are ready then let's start" and kazama took out his dagger and took position.
Ogre has a huge sword in his hand and it was bigger than his height. Ogre swings his sword and than jumped and attacked kazama, kazama was already in battle position so he took one step to his left and reflected the sword with his dagger, when kazama was doing this, a flash of light sparkled when both the sword and the dagger touched each other. Ogre didn't gave kazama much free time and he threw his sword at kazama with his full power, kazama already saw this but the speed of the sword was extraordinary so kazama knew that he will have difficulty to stop the sword so he activated his skill sprint and within a fraction of second stepped away from the sword in another direction but with the speed of that sword kazama got a little cut in his abdomen. And the sword fell straight into the wall and stuck there, then ogre jumped and reached the sword then he take it out and make it stand near him by stricking it to the ground. When kazama got the cut he touched it and said "to think that my sprint skill is not enough to fend of this ogre's speed and power, amazing" and kazama's hand is soaked in his blood but kazama's determination was set already so he again took a battle stance and said "now it's time to finish this" and ogre also took his stance and signalled kazama with his hand to come at him.
Kazama has dagger in his hands but he also activated his skill sharp fist(which makes his fist like a sword which can slice the air and also slice someone according to it's skin toughness). Kazama ran towards the ogre with his skill sprint and attacked a blow, although ogre was in a battle stance he didn't get enough time to attack so he only made himself ready for the impact, kazama punched him with his left hand as he has activated his skill *sharp fist* on the right hand at the moment and ogre went some step back but now it's ogre chance so he kept running towards kazama and it was also fast so kazama dodged his first attack and kazama cut down his right hand with his skill sharp fist. Ogre became densed and fear can be seen on his face. When his right hand was cut off his sword was also in the right hand and it fell on the ground so he can't swing his sword anymore. Kazama didn't even gave him a second to think and he reached him and cut down his head with his Raken dagger and thus he killed the ogre.
A screen appeared saying "you have successfully slained the King of ogres".
When kazama was just happy with his win against the ogre, he turned around and saw that all the other monsters are now on their edge and they will also soon attack him. Then the thought came to kazama mind and it was that "after killing ogre there are just these small fries and a Griffin and a snake is left".
