" And how did you managed to do that ? "
Jin
" Its quite simple actually , I simply made my way closer to it as much as I can to it then I climb up the pillars of the room , Then I proceeded to climb my way to the top of the chandelier precariously hanged above the Goblin King's head , cut it and let it do the rest."
" Simple right."
Iris
A little baffled by his explanation yet , still remained composed.
" I see that's an interesting strategy you pulled there ."
(" Its so simple yet most people ignored such minor details at the boss room.")
(" And yet he saw it at first glance , and also managed to utilize it to his advantage on the get go.")
" Then let me ask you this , how did you managed to sneak across climbing the wall without being noticed by the boss ?"

" Well there isn't much to say, since I was simply being quiet and try putting less weight on my steps ."

(" Although its a reasonable answer that still doesn't explain the entire scenario his in , but I'll write it off as him being nimble and quiet for now .")
Iris nodded at the camera poised at the top edge of the room . One of her so called bodyguard who was standing on the other side turned off the camera, the red light turned off and the camera powered down.
" Lets continue shall we ."
Iris smiled a little changing the atmosphere of the room . She closed the book and began to relax herself then looked at Jin .
" Now that we are finished with the formal interview I have some other off the books question I would like to ask you ."
Jin focused watching her knowing that she is analyzing his response in return. And yet he stayed there with an unchanging face and demeanor.

" Sure , ask away ."

" Jin , are you affiliated with any guild ?"

Iris let out a small smile across her face.
" Then let me ask you Jin ."
" What do you expect from us as a Guild ."
" I'm sure you'd know that this kind of offer doesn't come that frequently."

" But since I can see that you would be a fine addition to our guild then how about I start out strong by giving you a full contract with a 3,5 million down payment. "

" How about this , I'll join your guild for 1 million down payment , I'm free to make my own team , I hold my own information , and the right to move freely on the Guild."
Iris
(" I see , well that is a good deal for recruiting a good seed like him but .")
" How long do you suppose this contract will last , and what do you intend to do with this autonomy ?"
Jin
" This contract will continue for a year then we can revision it latter as for the freedom , Its because I enjoy doing things my way you see ."
Iris
" Hmmm , alright then I can agree to your conditions however I have a few of my own ."
" 1. you must answer to the guilds summons ."
" 2. you are only affiliated with us the Rose Guild exclusively ."
"3. you must not abuse the privilege given to you by the guild ."
The list goes on for a few minutes filled with a lot of basic rule of law etc.
After a few minutes of legality later....
" So long as you don't violate these conditions you may do as you will , got it ."
Jin
" Then its settled , A pleasure to join you Iris ."
Jin stood up and let out his hand for a hand shake.
Iris stood from her seat and take his arm then shake it firmly.
Iris
" The pleasure is all mine , I hope we'll get along together Jin ."
" Welcome to the Rose Guild ."
Afterwards the two of them walked out of the room, towards the nearby exit .
Iris
" Now just to be clear , your position is the team leader for the fifth attack force , the newest addition to the Guild ."
" Your job now is to fill up the slots with the members of your personal choosing. "
" You'll have 2 weeks to prepare and turn this new group to an effective task force ."
Jin
" Understood ."
" Oh and by the way , may I ask whatever happened to Miss Anri ."
Iris
" Oh her , she's already finished her part of the questioning and is free to go ."
" Why do you ask ?"
Jin
" Because I'm intending on bringing her into my team ."
