Just when they were about to make their way into the main halls of the castle . A thundering sound fills the air , the sound travels through the air , the chandeliers swung left and right as the ground shakes with every thump. At its source , a massive figure sat upon the throne sleeping unaware of what's to come.
There the dungeon boss slept on his throne , letting out a loud snore as he went to a deep sleep. This is a chance for them to ambush the dungeon boss whilst its in its vulnerable state. The two hatch up a plan to deal as much damage as they can whilst the dungeon boss was a sleep . To give them the edge on their fight against it.
Jin
" What kind creature is that ?"
Anri
" That huge sack of green flesh and meat is the Goblin King , his at least 20 meters tall and at least 5 meters wide."
" His main attacks are swinging his huge club while wailing down on his foes ."
" The Goblin Kings main abilities are mostly the ability to summon all nearby goblins to his side , but since we managed to put all of the goblins in the surrounding area to the sword , he won't be much of a threat ."
" Although we must still be careful of his attacks since they deal a lot of damage ."
Jin
" By the way , Anri do you know what kind of loot does this dungeon boss drop ?"
Anri
" Most of the time the Goblin King drops an item called the Goblin whistle , which is a consumable type item which summons three goblins to fight for you ."
" Sometimes it drops other unique items , given the circumstances ."
" But I wouldn't bet on it since the drop rate for the other items are pretty low to begin with ."
Jin
" Then does the Goblin King has any particular weakness we can exploit ?"
Anri
" Hmmmm , according to the Hunter guide book the Goblin King is weak to most magical attacks , and it has a resistance to slashing weapons nor edge weapons ."
" Besides that , I don't think there's anything note worthy about the rest of his abilities ."

" Okay then , let's do this , I will sneak up to the roof columns towards that chandelier hanging precariously above his head , When I give the signal you launch a fireball barrage at him as fast as you can , then I will cut the rope securing the chandelier ."
" It should cause him enough damage without neither of us getting injured in the process ."

" Hmmmm , it does seem plausible ."
" But how are you so sure that , that will be enough to deal with him ?"
Jin
" A chandelier dropped from that height will crush most fleshly beings including their bones ."
" However since its a dungeon boss , it should have a higher stats ."
" Thus we'll be finishing things off with your fire spell ."
" Its better to be safe than sorry ."
" Plus , it has a resistance against slashing attacks and sharp weapons , I'm not very proficient in blunt weapons comparing to swords and blades ."
" Thus I would prefer to bet on a solid chance rather than trying to brute force my way through ."
Anri
" Alright then , lets go with your plan ."
The plan went into action, Jin snuck towards the column on the far side of the room connected to the array of chandeliers. Climbing up the gilded columns kicking dust all over the place . As he reached the top , Jin attempted jump towards the array of chandeliers . Yet he almost fell towards the ground beneath him.
He barely managed to hang on the chandeliers metal ring . With one hand holding him in place he hand precariously above the Castle halls . The columns are riddled with dust and grime its obvious that it wasn't kept much. . Jin grabbed on to the chandelier with both hands as he attempted to swing towards the next chandelier. One by one he swung left and right heading closer to his main goal .
Once he reached the chandelier hanging directly above the Goblin Kings head . Readying his knife , Jin placed his dagger on the rope holding the chandelier in place . Afterwards Jin signaled Anri , with a wave of his hands .
Anri nodded
She is ready to cast her fire spell on the monster , They matched their timing perfectly . Anri cast her spell upon the Goblin King , sending out a powerful barrage of fireballs towards the Goblin King . The fire launched itself towards him . The fire hits the Goblin King in the head with inept precision .
The Goblin King awoken with horrid scream , as the fire burnt its singed flesh .Its fleshy body turned charred black with the fire still burning upon its impact . As the Goblin King screamed in pain. Jin cut the rope sending the chandelier down upon the Goblins head. As the chandelier fell upon its weight Jin leapt towards the column right next to it . With quick an concise movement Jin landed precariously at the edge of the column balancing his weight.
The chandelier fell , its massive weight brought forth its full mass upon the Goblin King's head . Breaking it on impact sending the Goblin King down into the ground underneath its force . A tattered remnants of its head splatter on the ground .
Anri
" Is it dead ?"
Jin
(" Elise scan the Goblin King , is it still alive ?")

" Anri , use your fire spell ."
" Its' still alive !"
Jin shouted from a height .
Anri readied herself and casted her fire magic . The fire leaped from her hands and ignited the Goblin King's body . In a swift stroke Jin Dived towards the burning corpse sword in hand. He landed upon the Goblin King sword in hand , stabbing it with force dealing the final blow .

With a crackle of energy a portal opened up in front of Jin and Anri . A whirlpool of energy spiraling towards its center a black mass of space. Its energy radiating , sending sparks out from within.

" That's the return portal ."
" Come on Jin , we can now go back ."

Anri took Jin's hand and guided him towards the portal . As they ventured to the world beyond the dungeon.
