Three days later, the Sekle tribe settled down in the forested area. Their tents littered the base of the hill.
The first thing Krei did was fly his drone to survey the location. After he looked around the hill, he was fairly satisfied with the number of trees in the area.
"Sugude, prepare the tribe. We will be cutting down the trees here."
"Master, we are lacking in tools. We don't even have our horses anymore. How can we cut down these trees and transport them?" Sugude replied.
"Just be ready. I will give you the tools later. As for the transportation, you don't have to worry about that."
"Understood, Master!"
Just when Sugude was about to leave, Krei changed his mind.
"Wait. Just prepare them. I think I've got a better idea. Clear the weeds and wild animals later. No need to cut down the trees."
The more Krei considered it, the more his mind opted towards a different solution. If he had given away tools, how many chainsaws does he have to buy? What more is that they will need to be trained to use a chainsaw.
It would take a couple of days to acquire the chainsaws and train the tribe. A time that Krei doesn't have. There would also be foreseeable accidents once they cut down the trees en masse without the expertise required.
As such, Krei will have to rely on his dimensional storage space once again.
Within an hour, all the able-bodied men of the tribe had gathered and set off to start the clearing operation. Their work was awfully slow since they lacked the necessary tools and protective equipment.
Most of them relied on their hands to pull the weeds while the others scoured the perimeter to hunt down animals.
Krei's only concern was making this place safe for him to move around. It will be a disaster if he gets attacked by god knows what while harvesting the trees.
While the tribe was breaking their backs off working, Krei didn't idle around. He asked Yisu to prepare an open space.
Afterward, he started taking the trees that were safe to seize. The trees that he harvested were mostly mid-sized. He was wary of taking down the larger ones since they exceeded the storing capacity of his space. On the other hand, he couldn't get himself to cut down the smaller ones because it would be meaningless to harvest them.
Time passed, and before Krei knew it he had already dropped off thousands of cubic meters of wood. Moreover, the sun was already about to set. With that, he called for everyone to stop working and go back.
The harvested trees were placed in the open space that Yisu had prepared. The wood was piled up in the outer perimeter of the open space. While inside of the perimeter, there were long and bulky tables that were finely cut into tables.
As expected, the tables were also made using Krei's ability. All of the tribesmen were in the open space, be it children, elderly, women, or men.
Everyone was clueless why they were all called upon by their Lord. By this time, they should be eating while there's still light from the sun.
But because most of them had labored all day long, no one was able to take care of the preparation for dinner. Also, Krei had specifically ordered not to cook tonight.
The people began to get noisy pretty fast. They were tired and hungry. The only thing in their mind was to eat and rest as early as possible.
Before long, Krei arrived. He was wearing a splendid robe which was all white with lustrous embroidery. Everyone hushed out of respect from their mysterious overlord.
Krei didn't utter a single word of explanation. All he did was grunt softly and a drumming sound commenced. Everyone was taken aback by the abrupt music that enveloped the place.
This persisted for a good while. It was only when the sun had thoroughly retracted its reach over the lands did Krei move out of his position.
He strolled around and wherever he went, lights would be turned on, illuminating the place. Then when the entire place was completely illuminated, the drumming sound turned into a piece of relaxing music.
" My people. My servants. My followers. My love. Everyone! You were gathered today to witness glory! To witness a miracle! " Krei shouted, but his words came off as mystical chants to those who don't understand English.
Well, his words were not in vain because the 12 leaders reiterated his messages in their mother tongue. Krei had already told them a script to follow. They had rehearsed for this unforgettable night.
" Food. Water. Sustenance. I declare that it is a basic right for my people to have sustenance on their plates. "
" I will it, Heaven follows. My edict is supreme! "
"Fruits, come to being!" In the first hand wave of Krei, it rained fruits.
"Bread, come to being!" In the second, it rained bread.
"Dishes, come to being!" In third, paper food containers appeared out of nowhere. They were filled with rice and a variety of dishes.
"Juice, come to being" In his fourth and last wave, jugs filled with orange juice appeared.
If the music suddenly stopped right this moment, it would have given way to a pin drop silence. No one was able to speak when they saw what Krei had performed.
Food materialized out of thin air. Who can do that apart from God himself? That is what the people's impression was. Their sanity was all over the place trying to comprehend the situation.
The light and symphony, although equally shocking, they had already caught a glimpse of it before. These past few evenings, Krei's tent was a beacon of light for its pure white glow.
That feat alone had already bound himself as a supreme being in the eyes of the Sekle. But presently, food came out of nowhere? Not only that, but they were bizarre and all of them were unblemished. Their color was consistent and perfect.
" My people! Tonight, we feast! Tonight, you had ultimately gone back to the embrace of God. You are born to serve me. You are born to follow my supreme will. You are born to be Heaven's subordinates. "
There was a long pause. Even though Krei had already spoken, the 12 leaders were still out of their senses. Their spirits had left their body for a few minutes and they weren't able to follow the script.
This made Krei uncomfortable, but on the surface, his face was all smiling. Since his people are still mind broken, then be it.
3 minutes passed... Then 5, 10, 15...
Alas after around 20 minutes, the leaders finally reiterated his announcements.
" Eat! Eat to your heart's content! " Krei stretched his arms and signaled his maids who were a few strides back.
The maids distributed food. They had similarly been notified earlier about how the distribution will be conducted. Furthermore, they will assist those who have inquiries.
For tonight's expenses, be it for the food, utensils, and clothes, Krei forcefully took out a good portion of funds from his already struggling company.
Although Krei's heart is bleeding non-stop from this expense, he had to do it if he wants to solidify his God-like image.
Ever since Krei returned to earth, he no longer passed the opportunity of learning. He had been reading non-stop whenever he was free.
The e-books he acquired mainly focused on how to enhance his leadership skills. In Krei's quest for knowledge, he came across books about influential people. In these, there were a fair amount of records about cult leaders. People who used their charisma to make other people do their bidding.
In Krei's mind, if those people already had such a strong following without them having supernatural powers, what would happen if he banked on his abilities?
Then and there he knew... 'I can make a religion out of this!'
When he decided to establish his religion, what else to consult but the OG's in the field, right?
Krei read the holy texts of the prominent religions and schools of thought on Earth. He also used researches about religion as his reference.
As he read more, Krei's horizon expanded.
It is both hard and easy to create a religion. The thing that you need to focus on is providing other people with validation. Be it spiritual or through worldly possessions and needs.
Cults and Religion take advantage of people's inherent need to make reason of their existence.
Why did I come to be? Why was I brought onto this world?
Why should I continue living? Why am I suffering?
These along with other existential questions is the weakness of the people. If you can convince other people that you have the answer to these questions, then they will most likely be at your disposal.
Religions don't provide solid facts and statements. Vagueness is the key to answering these existential questions. You don't need to be right, but you are required to sound right.

Cult:
- Most of the time, cults are groups that devote their passion to the head of the cult. These leaders are mostly charismatic people who can make others feel that they offer solutions to their problems. Moreover, developed cults have their sacred texts that guide their life.
