Chess and Hans' table fell silent in an instant.
While Hans was thinking that Chess is probably ashamed of him now, Chess, in fact, was just thanking him inside his thoughts.
But before he could even thank Hans out loud, a person walked over and casually broke the silence in between them.
"Hi~!"
It was, none other than, Alexandria, who was missing on the first class.
Both Chess and Hans turned their heads to look at her who sat straight beside Chess. She placed the tray in her hands on the table and smiled widely before looking at Chess.
"By the way, I crossed paths with Angela on the hallway of the third floor… I didn't approach her because she was with a professor, but I overheard their conversation. She might need help with carrying all those things." She said.
With that, Hans looked at Chess and was about to excuse himself so he could go and help Angela when Alexandria called him out.
