I'm the outskirts of to he suburbs, a cloaked man was carrying another person on his shoulders and they were sifting through the crowd very quickly. They were both invisible but not intangible and occasionally the man would bump into someone from the crowd but it didn't alert anyone as there were many people in the crowd and bumping into others was normal.
The people in the crowd were discussing the death of those 13 people.
"Do you know what happened?" a fat man who woke up just now from his sleep asked.
"People got murdered today."
"How?!" the fat man's body trembled.
"Nobody knows. The only thing we got informed of was that there were killings in 3 blocks which were quite close to each other." the first man said.
" Are they going to catch whoever caused this?"
"I think they will do some perfunctory investigations and leave it at that. After all, the City Lord doesn't care much about our people in the suburbs anyway."
The fat man nodded and felt down. It had always been the case in this city. Xavier had bought special have cuffs which were able you restrain Grandmaster level experts and put it all over the lady.

"Hmph" Sheila snorted a she turned her head. Xavier looked at this attitude and said," If you don't answer me, I'll give you her."

"I already know who deployed you and why they deployed you but what I want to ask are some questions about your employer's, the Wade Family."

"What is the cultivation of River Wade?"
