Half month have passed since Xiao Long have enter the Scarlet Mountain Range,in this half month Xiao Long have experienced a lot of thing,he have saw the true nature of human that they have hid deep inside themselves,he have experienced fighting against the chunning beasts and he also have experienced fighting against powerful enemies.
All of this have make Xiao Long fighting skill improved a lot,his spear play have increase,his self made spear skill have become stronger and he control over his body also have increase but one thing that have not increase is his cultivation.Since he did not have a Yang Type Herbs or found any of them in this jungle, his cultivation have stuck at the Fifth Stage of the Body Tempering Realm with two dragons marks but Xiao Long did not disappointed about this because he already know that his Body Tempering Realm will take a lot of time and effort to increase the realm but contrary to that, he is actually in joy because his overall strength have increase a lot.
Xiao Long also have experienced two hardest fight that he have in this half month,one of the fight is when he fight against forty bandits with its leader is at the sixth stage of Body Tempering Realm,two members at the Fifth Stage of Body Tempering Realm and a lot of them are either at the third stage or second stage of the Body Tempering Realm.In this fight Xiao Long also almost lose his life if not for he make a breakthrough in his spear play,right now he already barely touch the surface of the Spear Concept but he still can touch the real Spear Concept but Xiao Long feel like it will not take a long time for him to enter the real Spear Concept.
The second hardest fight is when he was in fight against a pack of golden eyes wolf,golden eyes wolf is a Vicious Beast at the rank three Vicious Beast which is at the same level with cultivators at the fifth and sixth stage Body Tempering Realm while the Alpha of golden eyes wolf is at the early rank four Vicious Beast which is at the same level with cultivators at seventh stage of Body Tempering.Golden Eyes Wolf usually have twelve wolf in one pack and at that time Xiao Long need to fight against one beast that at the level of Seventh stage of Body Tempering,five beast at the level of Sixth stage of Body Tempering Realm and six beast at the level Fifth stage of Body Tempering Realm.
In this fight Xiao Long also almost lost his life if not for his Blood Recovery Dan and Healing Dan that he refine and save,Blood Recovering Dan is a Dan to get the blood that the person lose back to normal while the Healing Dan is for healing light injuries.Xiao Long also won this battle thank to his unique flame,the Yang Fire Snake that have a frightening fire power that helping him defeat the wolf and his self made spear skills also have helping him a lot.In this battle he also have make break through to his self made spear skills,now all his three spear skills have got a lot stronger compare to before.

Right now Xiao Long is sitting beside a small river with his spear on his lap and infront of him there is a small rabbit that was grilled in fire,this small river is a placed where the Vicious Beasts come to drink but they usually came at the late afternoon and it can be said that Xiao Long is a relative safe for now but even though he can be consider safe,his guard are still on and his sense are always alert.
The rabbit that he grilled right now is know as Flower Rabbit,an early rank 1 vicious beast that at the same level with First stage of Body Tempering,Flower Rabbit have a white colour fur with soft pink flower mark on its forehead with weak fighting power but have a fast speed and great agility.Other than that, the Flower Rabbit is also a very popular delicacy at the Burning Phoenix Town because of its soft,delicious and fragrance meat.
While Xiao Long was eating the grilled meat with his sense is full on alert,he suddenly feel a tremor on the ground.When Xiao Long felt the tremor,his spear instantly back on his hand while the grilled meat already throw away,he also have turn his body to his behind and trying to look deep inside the heavy trees to see what is happening or if some powerful beast is coming.
Xiao Long's question did not take a long time to get an answer because in few minutes he already found the reason why the ground get shaken and the reason is because in front of him which is around six meters away from him,he saw a big figure of bear.This bear have its body full with brownish gold fur with red colour eyes with sharp and thick claw and other than that, the beast is standing at four meters height and its body is as big as two meters.
Xiao Long eyes become smaller while his expression have become grim as soon as he see the bear because he recognized what kind of bear is standing infront of him and thisbear is known as the Earth Bear.Earth Bear is a peak rank four Vicious Beast which is at the same level with cultivators at eight stage of Body Tempering but they are a lot stronger than cultivators at the eight and ninth stage Body Tempering because this bear born with innate element of earth!
Because of its element with earth,the bear have really great strength,defense and even can control the earth element but what the most terrifying about this bear is they can control the earth to make they move faster!eliminating thier slow speed weakness!
While Xiao Long is still focus on the bear with great alert and caution,the bear suddenly let out a terrifying roar causing birds to fly in chaos,insects to stay silent without letting out any sound and the weaker beasts did not even dare to let out a whimpering sound.Xiao Long when he see this,he did not waste his time and hurriedly run away from there because he know that if he confront the bear right now,the result will be only his death and if he can get out with heavy injuries,it can be said that he is very lucky.
But the bear did not want Xiao Long who is it's prey to get away and because of that it suddenly control the earth power and send a big size of rocks toward Xiao Long.Sensening the danger,Xiao Long grit his teeth tightly and turn around his to blocked the attack but just after he done that, five figures wearing a black colour clothings suddenly appear infront of Xiao Long before all five of them send an attack to destroy the rocks.
"Young Master run away!"One of the black figures shouted loudly.
"Who are you?!"Xiao Long asked in confusion and also in alarmed.
"We are the guard of Xiao Clan!"The other black figures answer in low tone as he looking at the bear in worried.
"Alright!But after I run away,you all need get away from here!Don't need to die here!Understood?!"Xiao Long asked them in stern tone.
"Yes Young Master!"All five of them said at the same time.
Xiao Long when he heard that,he hurriedly run away from there because the faster he run the faster the guards can run away.
Xiao Long run with very fast speed and without he knowing he already enter the inner area of Scarlet Mountain Range,where there are a rank 1 Spiritual Beasts living there,a Rank 1 Spiritual Beasts are as strong as cultivators at the stage one True Qi realm which means Spiritual Beast are hundred times more stronger than Vicous Beasts because they have a True Beast Qi which by using those qi they can make thier own physical skills.
Xiao Long stop right away after he saw that the forest scenery,smell and atmosphere are a lot different compare to the outer area of Scarlet Mountain Range.The trees here are a lot biggers compare to the outer area and thier vitality also a lot stronger,the flowers here are more dangerous compare to the outer area because the flowers in the inner are can make a pollen that can make living beings fall asleep or got poison.
Xiao Long when he see this,he did not wasting time and hurriedly run back to the outer area,he know that Earth Bear are still there but at least Xiao Long know that he still have a living chance if he fight against the bear but if he continue running deeper or just staying here, his death will be guaranteed because even though the Earth Bear have an innate element of earth,the bear are still at the peak rank fourth level vicious beast which mean the bear is only as strong as cultivators a the Eight stage of the Body Tempering Realm.
But the Spiritual Beasts are a lot more dangerous compare to the Vicious Beasts because Spiritual Beasts have an intelligence that at the same level with a ten years old kid and other than that, the Spiritual Beast also have a special power which is the True Beast Qi.
The True Beast Qi is the same with the True Qi of the Cultivator as the True Qi Realm but the True Beast Qi can increase the beast physical attack,speed and defense while the True Qi main used is for cultivating the martial arts but thats not mean that the True Qi is weaker than the True Beast Qi because the True Qi also can increase martial artist strength,speed and defense but its only a little but if they cultivate a martial art of attack skill thier attack power can become at the same level or stronger than Spiritual Beasts,if they cultivate a defense type martial art thier defense can be at the same level or stronger than Spiritual Beasts and if they cultivate a speed type martial art thier speed can become at the same level or stronger than those Spiritual Beast.
But a martial skills are hard to train and also take a long time because each martial art have its own rank and stage,the higher the rank and stage,more harder and taking more time to train.But cultivators also have thier own advantage and that is they are human,human is a creature that have a higher Spiritual Power compare to beast and that make them can easily use a martial skills but not all human have the same level soul powers because some have a stonger soul powers compare to other cultivators with the same cultivation as them.
Just like Xiao Long who just only at the fifth stage of Body Tempering but his Spiritual Power is at least comparable to the cultivator at the Tenth Stage of the Body Tempering Realm.
But there also a special beast that born with higher soul powers than human but thier defense and physical attack are a lot weaker than other beasts,the special beast is born with innate element of illusion like the Sky Fox.
Sky Fox is a beast that have illusion power and they are at the rank 1 spiritual beast.A lot of cultivators at True Qi realm and Body Tempering realm have died in the illusion ability of Sky Fox but the beast with innate element of illusion are hard to found and even the Sky Fox have last been seen a long time ago.

But this all have become a joke when not long after that he saw a glint of silver light moving around him with the corner of his eyes,Xiao Long did not care about it and continue running but this time his body is on guard with his spear got grip tightly with his right hand while his sense are on alert to block any surprise attack and not long after that he heard suddenly a whooshing sound came from his left side.
When Xiao Long hear the sound,he instantly stop running and turn his body toward his left side with his spear twirling with very fast speed and there also a golden colour lotus with two golden red colour snakes around it appear behind Xiao Long with the flowers move together at the same time toward the spinning spear and engulfing Xiao Long in the golden lotus.
Not Long after that, a silver colour horns that have a sharpness of sword hit at the center of lotus that located at the twirling spear and Xiao Long was in shock when he saw what have attack him and this is because the thing that have attack him is a beast or more accutately a beast with the appearance of deer that standing at height of two meters with body length of two and half meters.Other than that, this deer also have a golden colour fur with a pair of black colour eyes and two sharp silver horns in the shape of sword on its head.
