Nasilimwe was a very beautiful strong capable girl she lived with her parents in senanga district in the western part of the country. She was born in a family of ten and she was number seven on her father's side and number two on her mother's side.she loved cooking and cleaning the house. When she was free she would to the streams or plains to do some art, poetry, sing or imagine scenes and acts alone. She had a very beautiful voice that anyone who heard her speak would want to here her again. Everyone who heard her voice appreciated her. She was of different talents but never found means to show them to the world cause it was always her dream. Not only was she beautiful butShe was also a very sensitive girl with a beautiful sense of humour. She was just different.
Looking at how beautiful she was people thought she was girl of men or boys but in the actual sense boys would come all rich middle class poor mention it all came proposing wanting to date her but she refused and told them she doesn't date but none of them believed that. Some bought her presents and sent her money and thought she would say yes but she always said later on they would just stop.
Time passed and then on her 16th birthday her father bough a phone (what she always waited for) that day she was very happy that she couldn't eat just watching her phone as it was charging. The next morning her father and mother called her in order for them to talk to her. She went there and she knelt down in front of them cause they people who valued their culture and customs, so after she was their her father said "My daughter Nasilimwe how are you?" She said "am fine how are you father?" Her slightly smiled and said" I am fine and blessed " Nasilimwe was puzzled at why her father looked this happy it was rare and then she asked him "father you look so happy today, what's the occasion?" And then her father told her to go closer she was puzzled at first but did as her father said then her father placed his hand on her and said " My daughter I always thank God for giving me you as a daughter you never cease to amaze me you never hurt me but always do things that only make me happy and I know you will grow to be a beautiful respectful woman of society. Yesterday I bought that phone cause I know you will make good use with it. It's not like I don't trust you but I want to warn you of the dangers of the world that can be caused by this device " and she replied " father you don't need to explain yourself you have taught me things that have brought me to this stage and it always helped me prosper and so I will never question you" He looked at her and was suprised how there daughter had grown so much and dropped a tear and quickly wiped and said to her "my daughter I have nothing to say just know I trust you and put God first its clear how sensible you are and I trust you will always make the correct decision always. I love you. " and then she said " thank you father I will never disappoint you and she was about to cry but remembered that women were not allowed to cry in front of men. Her sisters and brothers overheard the conversation and they became more jealous cause they always complained how Nasilimwe was the favourite.
