Jimin POV:
I had been doctoring Yoongi's face for about 15 minutes now.
I'm finally satisfied with it so I sigh and lean back. "I think that's as good as it's gonna get."
"It's just a bruise Jiminie, it'll go away eventually."
"Yeah but it's an eye bruise." I pout and he smiles at me.
"Thank you for helping Jimin." He grabs my hand and kisses it.
I blush furiously and look at our entwined hands.
A loud knock on the door causes me to jump and Yoongi laughs cutely.
He stands up and goes to let go of my hand, but I grip it tighter and look up at him. "What if it's that guy?"
"Then I'll kick him again." He smiles down at me and squeezes my hand. "It'll be okay Jimin. I promise."
I nod and let go of his hand.
I hear him go and unlock the door. I hold my breath but I don't hear signs of a struggle.
I do, however; hear him say "Hoseok?" in disbelief.
Oh great. This guy again.
Yoongi POV:
"Hoseok?"
He smiles. "Hey Yoongi." His face switches from a smile to a look of concern. "What happened to your face?"
I frown at him and cross my arms. "What do you want Hoseok?"
His smile flickers momentarily. "Yoongi..."
He reaches for my hand, but I snap my hand back out of his reach.
"Hoseok either tell me what you want or leave."
"Look..." he sighs and looks down at the ground. "I'm sorry for what happened yesterday. I was just so worried and I guess I got caught up in the moment. I didn't mean to."
I say nothing and he looks up at me. I clear my throat, "Anything else?"
"I guess I'm just...asking for another chance?"
My eyes widen and I almost fall over. "W-what?"
"I still like you Yoongi. And I think somewhere down there you still like me too."
He reaches for my hand again and I jerk it back. "You're wrong Hoseok."
"You're just saying that."
"No, I'm not. I don't like you back."
"Yoongi come on..."
"No Hoseok! Why can't you take no for an answer!"
"Because I know you're lying. To me and yourself."
"Hoseok I found someone else!"
This time it's his eyes that widen. "What?"
"I found someone else. And he's the best thing that's happened to me since your cheating ass. No. He's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Period."
"B-but I thought-"
"Well you thought wrong."
"Yoongi..."
"Hyung. It's Yoongi hyung." I shut the door in his face.
I turn around to see Jimin standing in the hallway behind me.
"Minnie-" Before I can form a full sentence he tackles me in a bear hug.
I hug him back tightly. "Jiminie what's wrong?"
He lifts his head up to look me in the eyes and he's smiling widely. "It's just those things you said to Hoseok. No one's ever said that about me before."
"What? About you being the best thing that's ever happened to me?" He nodded and smiled brighter. "Well it was all true. Every word."
I gently take his hand. "Seriously Jiminie. You've helped me through one of the worst time of my life and I can't thank you enough for that."
He blushes and smiles his eye smile. "You're probably the best thing that's ever happened to me too Yoongi hyung."
"Probably?!" He giggles and leans forward to kiss me on the cheek.
"Okay you are. Hands down."
"Good." I squeeze his hand and turn around to walk back to the living room, but am stopped by Jimin back hugging me. I smile and lean back into his warm arms.
"Hyung?"
"Hm?"
"Do you wanna go on a date?"
I smile but he doesn't see.
"I mean it's fine if not I just wanted to ask but-"
I flip around so I'm facing him and take both of his hands in mine. "I'd love to Minnie."
"Oh. Oh! Okay good, um..." I chuckle at him being flustered. "I'll go home and get ready then!"
I smile again as he turns to walk away. He quickly puts on his shoes and opens the door. "I'll pick you up at 6!" He shuts the door and I hear him let out a yell of excitement.
I giggle. "See you at 6 Jiminie."
