They got to the police department station in the center of the city, the city was too crowded for Melissa's liking, but she didn't say a word over the matter. Marco was still looking pale, learning that his human friend died, had taken a toll on his demeanor, he was quiet and somber as a ghost.
Getting out of the car, he moved towards her door to opened it. She got out from it, turning towards him as she said grabbing him by the hands. "I can go by myself; I can ask around for where to find her and after I see her, I can tell you what I found".
But Marco was stubborn, he wanted to see her for the last time, he wants to at least say his goodbyes to her, once her parents arrive, he was sure he will not be able to see her again, maybe he will go to visit at some point, but he wanted to see her again.
