Francis Dawn, Jess's brother and the current family head for the dawn family. He was reported down as a possible lead but Keito was sure he could sway him into his court. Dawns were old money, just like his own family and this support would go a long way.
With old money came even older and well-established connections. It was a risk on his part but one that was worth taking. After all, the Dawn family owed Keito a great deal and he would collect upon his dues.
"When is the next meeting scheduled for? I think I need a little more time before that" A little more time to plan around some people he knew would be problematic. It would be better if this was all shifted to the next week entirely but that might not be possible.
