Mahrez was a wind elemental specialist mage. He was a unique type of mage warrior who had only focused on perfecting spells of one single element , and as a result his proficiency in wind magic was second to none.
Using the wind magic he could easily deflect the incoming pulse cannon shots to weave around him without having to lift a finger, and after noticing his army facing trouble he only extended that safety area by a few killometers to cover the entire region of his troops.
