"She was here" Larry the spokeman for the Azaleas informed them after they searched the old castle they came across on thier first contact in the human kingdom.
They had arrived King's Macho land in the early hours of morning so as to advoid being seen by anyone and lucky for them their search led them to the old castle where they decided to rest for a while. It was then they noticed the dead bodies in the castle obviously killed by vampires and Larry picked up the blood scent of Princess Avura.
"Princess Avura was here this morning, I can also perceive the presence of other creatures but I cannot say what they are for sure. "
"Do you think she is responsible for the dead bodies here? " Prince Zeko asked immediately.
"Yes, she is responsible for a few of them, I can see a reaper kind of feeding on most of the bodies." Larry responded.
"That's impossible Master Dee countered. I she don't believe you she cannot be responsible for all these bodies". Master Dee opposed the thought of Larry.
"Master Dee tell me something, remind me again what was used in the attack at the cave Prince Zeko asked looking at master Dee.
"Vervain bombs" Master Dee replied effortlessly.
"Then you must understand for any vampire attacked with such a weapon what comes to mind first is to feed and for a reaper like Avura you know what that means". Prince Zeko stated with an evil smile on his face.
"I still say we don't conclude on anything till we have the correct facts" Master Dee insisted not wanting to agree.
"Well I will still have to give my report to the king as soon as possible. "
"Get me one of the travellers' Prince Zeko ordered Larry. We must pass this message to the king on what his daughter has done so far. Prince Zeko sat down to write his findings so far on a piece of paper. It was the agreement he had with his father that as they go on the search anything of significance should be sent in a letter to the king hence they also came with some travellers.
Travellers are some group of vampires use to send messages in Toriso. They are the fastest vampires in the land enhance they are used for such jobs.
"It would not be fair to associate the princess name with these bodies especially as we are not totally sure she killed these people" Master Dee pointed out in frustration.
"Oops, I have written it down already and it cannot be taken away. Master Dee I know she was your student but we must walk with what we see here." Prince Zeko chuckled as he handed the sealed letter over to the traveller who set out immediately back to the land of Toriso.
"I know this is wrong and with time we will get to see it" Master Dee surrendered not wanting to get into an argument with the prince. This was one of the reasons he didn't want to come with the Prince..
'Shh I hear some footsteps' Prince Zeko suddenly spoke as everyone immediately kept quiet. Everyone hide he instructed as they all took hiding positions..
They watch as some humans came into the castle about ten in number. They moved into the room containing the dead bodies carrying them outside one by one. One could tell they were sent to remove the dead bodies from the castle.
"Who are you people? " Prince Zeko asked coming out from hiding.
"And who are you" one of the men asked in return as fear immediately gripped all of them when they saw they were surrounded.
"I am Zeko, a vampire" Prince zeko replied an evil smile on his face. He loves the fear he was creating inside of them already.
"Who are you people? " he repeated again a menacing look on his face. Master Dee alrrady knew what Zeko was planning on doing. It will be a miracle for any of the men to escape.
"We are servants from the palace. We we're sent here to burn these bodies." One of the servants who seem to be a leader responded trembling with fear.
"Do you know what happened here?" Princess Zeko interrogated further.
"Some group of vampires attacked our kingdom and this is where they dumbed the bodies. A pack of wolves working for our king traced them here. One of them a lady was captured and is right now facing judgment in the palace" the servant explained to him.
"I told you she wasn't responsible for this killings" master Dee snapped his fingers, glad he was finally proven right.
