It's been a month since by mother and granduncle left. Neither me nor Nurumi heard a word about them. I really want to go and ask old man hokage, but I don't want to cause problems for them. Compare to me Nurumi is better in holding back herself.
Finally, after one month waiting, we heard old man's call. By the time we arrived at hokage office two red-haired middle-aged man and a woman with mask covering their faces are standing infront of old man hokage. We both went and stand next to them infront of old man hokage.
"Naruto, Nurumi these are elders from Uzumaki clan searching for you. they will be your legal guardians from now onwards."
Old man looking straightly at me, "for you Naruto, I have to tell you the truth. In fact, you both are twins, a fraternal twin. When you were at orphanage, someone spread about Nurumi. I decided to atleast give you peaceful life. I hide truth and made no one tell to anyone. I hope you understand the situation."
Looking at his sincere and honest confession, "don't worry old man, I know you did for our good. Even if you didn't tell us truth, I make no difference to us now. Right Nurumi?"
When I looked at Nurumi, she is nodding her head, "right grandpa. This is no difference than before and with you telling me now, I love you more grandpa. I know you are taking care of us until now"
I also looked to old man and nodded lightly.
"good… good… I am relief now. With they taking care of you, I can be at ease"
I interrupted him, "but I want compensation, for lying us."
Old man hokage looked at me and laughed lightly, "yes… yes… that's the Naruto I know. You never be at losing end. So, tell me what do you want."
Unknowingly my lips curved up words and I felt I finally trapped old man. I am sure, everyone is thinking about me as 'I underestimated this kid', still I don't want to delay,
"I want to make Nurumi next hokage"
Even though I said, but after looking at their faces, I am shocked. They were surprised and staring at me, including Nurumi.
'If they were looking at me like that, that would be ok, but why are you out of fall people looking at me like that Nurumi'
After a full minute of staring contest, adults were laughing and Nurumi is giving me a worshiping look.
While mother and grand uncle were laughing behind mask, that damn old man laughing like hell.
"I really underestimated you Naruto. Hahahh…."
"hey old man I am serious here"
"even you serious, you should know this is not possible even for me right?"
"yes I know, it is not possible now. What I am telling is in the future, "FUTURE", ok!"
The old man took a puff, "I will definitely make Nurumi hokage, if she is qualified by that time. Come let me introduce them to you. his name is Hiroto Uzumaki, an elder is Uzumaki clan and her name is Hina Uzumaki his daughter, they joined Konoha as jonin and also your personal trainers."
Looks at mother and granduncle, "I will keep their future in your hands. Please take care of them"
Mother and granduncle knelt on one knee, "yes hokage-sama"
SCENE CHANGE – HOME
Everyone was sitting in hall after coming from hokage office.
"with this first step is over, now I will be guardian and trainer for Naruto and your mother will be responsible for Nurumi. From now on Naruto call me master and you can call Kushina, mother. Since she adopted you in her new names. From now on, forget our old names, understand?"
Me and Nurumi nodded our heads. Then uncle still continued, "now we will discuss about your education. First Nurumi, your main problem is chakra control. since you are attending academy, in due time you learn from your mother. By the end of your academic studies, you should be able to gain proper chakra control.
As for you Naruto, even though you have lot of theoretical knowledge, that isn't enough to become shinobi. You have to put real efforts, I mean practice, to become one. You will study ninjutsu and fuinjutsu under me, and taijutsu from your mother.
I will put gravity seals on you which will help you in chakra control and physical training. For today take rest and prepare to face hell from tomorrow."
NEXT DAY
I am really excited today, early morning I am more active and feeling refresh than ever. By the time I am ready for today's classes, my master (since my uncle insisted me to call him master) already left to training ground near to my home.
I went to training ground, master is standing on top of tree, which is taller than surrounding trees. After searching for him about an hour, I finally found him.
"not bad, but don't be too proud. Let's start the classes"
"yes master"
"tell me what do you think about fuinjutsu?"
I surprised at sudden question, "I don't know much, but sealing techniques are a type of techniques that seal objects, living beings, chakra, along with a wide variety of other things within another object."
Master nod, "right, as per textbook. But you must remember, fuinjutsu has many other applications. Especially low-level techniques are versatile, how you can use them is up to you.
All techniques are classified into six classes, S and A to E. Class – S being strong and not many people can master them. They are mostly forbidden jutsu's. then class-E is weakest and normally used is daily life of shinobi"
Soon the classes about fuinjutsu started, I have to say learning fuinjutsu makes me more excite and hungry. After leaning fuinjutsu basics, next class is taijutsu. Master added more weights to my body on my limbs and waist. First part of training is running and various exercises. By the end of the day, I am dead tired, as soon as I went home, I slept without any dinner.
Every week ends, Nurumi and me will have a battle to exchange pointers. I have to say defeating Nurumi is difficult. As the weeks passes the duration battles increases and sometimes the battles were stalled without any victor.
AFTER TEN MONTHS ---KENJI UZUMAKI POV---
Today is another new day for Naruto training, time passes fast and Naruto skills are improving at terrifying rate. I have to say he is genius that appear once in a millennium. In these past ten months his skill is matched with genin, but in real fight he will lose.
Naruto is gifted with extraordinary memory powers, all he need is listen, see and sense once and he can remember. His talent is growing along with his practice. I have to say, by the time he reaches peak, no one can match him.
He completed all his fuinjutsu basics in two months, which will require nearly a year. Another aspect, Naruto beats other geniuses is chakra control. In fact, shinobi with high chakra resources will have poor control, especially Naruto, his chakra levels are near to jonins. Perfect chakra control for Uzumaki is akin to flying in the sky. So, I decided to put chakra sealing technique, to seal most of his chakra. After ten months of chakra training, his control over the chakra is decent.
After knowing Naruto's performance, lord third allowed Naruto to participate in graduation exam to genin.
'There are still two months for graduation, now is the time for him to complete remaining academic training. From now on I will allow Naruto and Nurumi to learn from each other'.
POV END
Today after my training ends, master told me an excited news. I can participate in graduation along with Nurumi in two months. So, these two months I have to practice ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu.
As per master, my level is equal to genin even without my fuinjutsu, since I haven't learned ninjutsu. So, from today onwards I will be practicing academic syllabus in the remaining two months and of course I already completed half it and going to complete remaining half in these two months.
Now I am well versed in taijutsu and fuinjutsu. In ninjutsu I mastered chakra control methods and need to learn three basic jutsu's to pass academy, shadow clone technique, transformation technique and substitution technique.
Casting, detecting and releasing the genjutsu were the three applications, but the difficulty of genjutsu depends on user and level of genjutsu. Mostly detecting and releasing were learned in academic level and casting a simple genjutsu also require much efforts that half of the shinobis failed to do so.
TIME SKIP ----TWO MONTHS LATER----
Today is the day the academic graduation will be held, me and my sister were all ready and going to academy. I am holding a letter from hokage to academy, it simply states that 'allow me to take part in graduation on the premises of special permission issued by hokage'. I have to I am getting lot of special privileges from that old man. He even allowed me leave with my master to search for Uzumaki survivors and the duration is six months.
When we entered into academy, Nurumi went to class after showing me the head office. Soon I completed the formalities and enrolled for graduation. Next, I met a teacher who is also one of the examiners and went along with him to class.
He told me to stay at the entrance until he will call me into the class and he went inside. But I heard what he is telling from the door.
"Silence, you are going becomes genin soon, behave well. I, Iruka Umino am feeling great for teaching. Now, you are having a new student who is also taking genin exam along with you. Naruto come and introduce yourself"
"booooo......"
Everyone is making noise and expressing their dissatisfaction, yes, I can understand them, from their point of view, they were tortured by attending classes and me, simply attending exam.
I entered into room and standing near board written my name on board, "Naruto", and facing the class, "Hi, I am Naruto. Nice to meet you". (Yes, I didn't tell them my true name, since I don't want to know anybody until unless it is necessary and it will be surprise for everyone)
After introduction I looked at everyone and surprised to find Nurumi is looking at me and smiling. I soon found some familiar faces, Ino, Sakura, Hinata, Shikamaru, Choji, Kiba. I want to sit with Nurumi, but there is no place next to her and I find an empty seat next to a black-haired boy showing his aloof personality.
While I am going to sit, I also observed the shocking expression on Shikamaru and others. Hinata is looking straight at me, she is such a strange girl always eyeing me. Ino and Sakura were discussing with Nurumi, I know they were asking about me, since they are glancing at me.
I went and sit nest to black haired boy and looked at him, since he is looking at me. When I look at him, *hump…* he turned his head to other side. I also turned towards teacher.
"now everyone is present I will start the exam. Examine will be done in two stages, written exam and practical exam. After the written exam, the practical examine will be done on your ninjutsu, taijutsu. Now distribute this question papers. We will start in five minutes, come on quick."
After few minutes we are waiting for teacher signal to start exam.
"you have twenty questions and one hour to write, now start the exam"
Soon everyone started the exam, while writing the one-hour time limit also passed and we were returned the papers to teacher. Next is ninjutsu testing, teacher is calling one by one. The task is to perform three ninjutsu. Most of the people were performed well and some people were failed to do so. I have to say Nurumi really did performed well, of course she is my sparring partner and my lovely sister, under my guidance she performed the best.
At last, my turn came, I went to stage, "sir, can I perform now?"
"yes, start with transformation, then shadow clone and finally substitution jutsu"
"ok sir"
Soon I performed three techniques in the sequence, which is simply perfect. After the ninjutsu exam is completed, next is taijutsu exam, everyone is moved to training ground.
