Samiel turned towards Aubrey and asked her, "how did you got all this information".
Aubrey smiled and replied, "let's just say I have my ways".
'No, seriously asking where did you get this? From whom?'
'If you are worried regarding the credibility of the file, then I promise you it is real and I got this from a very credible source, a friend, I can't tell you more information and you know why.'
'By any chance does it has anything to do with your friend Rikkard Roosevelt.'
'Rikkard is my friend, yes, but what he has to do with all this, that I don't understand.'
'We understand you are trying to protect your source, thus we will not ask any more question.'
'You better.'
'Well then allow us to leave, we will take the patient with us with the permission of hospital chief, all you need to do is sign his discharging papers that Dan or Kevin will bring to you.'
'Is it necessary to take the patient he is still in need of care and I need to take permission from his primary doctor to discharge him.'
'Don't worry regarding his health we have our doctors who can take care of him and I don't think you need the permission of his primary doctor for discharge, I mean you are the attending doctor and also we will be taking hospital chief's permission so it will be alright.'
'Alright, as you say.'
'Then we will leave first.'
'Sure and make sure to tell me the case progress so that I can be at ease.'
'Off course doctor, bye, have a nice day.'
'You too, Samiel.'
-------------------------------------
*knock-knock*
'Come in.'
'Sorry to disturb you sir, I am Officer Samiel Dawn from Alpha group, CIA.'
'Officer Dawn, welcome, please sit.'
'Thank you very much sir. Well I suppose you are already aware that one of your interns Lieutenant Aubrey Huxley was being protected by CIA from last 2 days because we were under impression that she was in danger.'
'Yes, yes Aubrey told me everything, but I don't understand the purpose of your visit to me, I mean I do not mind if Aubrey is protected by CIA, security of my employees is my biggest concern.'
'Thank you very much for your understanding sir but we came to know that Lieutenant Huxley is not under danger anymore and also thanks to her we were able to solve case. I am here because we got to know that one of her patient in the hospital has very classified information, we already interviewed him for it but we think it will be better if we take him with us, that will be better for everyone.'
'I understand your concern, we'll do what you say.'
'Thank you sir.'
'It's my pleasure helping you officer.'
'Then I'll be leaving sir, hope you have a good day.'
'Thank you, you too officer.'
-------------------------------------
(Dr. John McKay calls Lieutenant Aubrey Huxley)
'Hello Lieutenant.'
'Hello sir.'
'I hope I am not disturbing you during work.'
'Not at all sir I was on lunch break.'
'Hm, well as you might already know CIA wants to take one of our patients with them, so as to insure that he is safe.'
'Yes sir, I am aware.'
'Well I talked with the officer in charge, he asked for my permission to discharge the patient from the hospital.'
'Yes sir, and your decision is? '
'I have decided to let them take him.'
'Ok sir.'
'Hm, so you sigh his discharge papers, you are his attending doctor, right?'
'Yes sir I am, but his primary doctor is Dr. Brown.'
'Oh, okay, no problem you sign the papers and if he asks tell him I allowed you to do it, I will talk to him later regarding this matter.'
'Yes sir.'
--------------------------------------
" Doctor here are the papers of discharge of your patient that you need to sign" Kevin tells Aubrey and hand over the papers to her. Aubrey signs the paper and give them back to Kevin.
'Please take care of him and by any chance if his health gets worsen please bring him back'.
'Off course doctor'.
'I will be leaving first, nice day'.
'You too officer'.
The CIA officers leave the hospital with the patient. Around the time Aubrey's shift was about to get over she is called by Dr. Brown in his office.
'May I come in sir'.
'Come in Lieutenant.'
'You called me sir.'
'Yes, please sit.'
'Thank you sir.'
'May I know the reason why patient 98 was discharged from hospital when he needed at least 1 more week to get recovered and off course how I forget to add, without even asking for my permission. There can be 2 things either you think you are a bigger doctor then me and don't need to do internship under me or you forgot to ask as you were busy and forgot to tell me. So which is it.'
'Neither sir.'
'Neither, wow then what might be the reason, care to explain.'
'I am sorry sir I definitely would have told you but Chief said he will tell you the matter himself, or I definitely would have sir, believe me.'
'And why the Chief of the hospital tell me the reason that one of my intern without permission discharged my patient.'
'He was also my patient sir and I discharged him with Chief's permission.'
'Oh yes, your patient, how could I forget, right and off course you got Chief's permission to discharge YOUR patient, right.'
'Sir you are misunderstanding me, I did as I was told sir, I....'
'No, I don't want to hear a single excuse, you know I thought at least you were not like other interns, making mistakes but it was me who made a mistake in trusting you.'
'Please hear me out sir, you misunderstood me.'
'Misunderstood? Leave Lieutenant?'
'But sir.'
'Leave.'
'Yes sir. Have a nice evening.'
'It was ruined by someone's over smartness.'
Even though what Aubrey did was right, still she was feeling like she made a mistake and it was better if she tell Dr. Brown everything but he did not looked in mood right, he looked like something was bothering him, so Aubrey decided to send him a message regarding the situation in detail after reaching home. And she left the hospital.
Aubrey's was a little off so she decided to walk back home. While her walk back home she realized that someone was following her, a man, around 6' feet tall and of a built of a warrior. She started walking fast and the person also started walking as fast as her.
I studied him, and as I did, I realized that he was studying me, our thoughts tangling in mid-air for a moment.
