"Is that all this meeting was for?" Daro thought to herself before she starts to shake out of nervousness and looks at Marek. "Uh, Marek? I have something to tell you." she fidgets with her fingers.
He raises an eyebrow. "Yes Daro?"
"I, uh....I'm pregnant."
His eyes got big and had a light chuckle. "I'm sorry Daro. Could you run that by me one more time?"
"Oh Shit!" Derrek pulled her towards him and asked her in her ear.
"Is it.....is it mine?" he was in wonder and yet hoping maybe it wasn't, I mean he didn't know how to raise kids.
"I'm pregnant, Marek." she looks at Derrek. "I don't know if.... both of them are yours." she whispers back.
"What do you mean? Both of them?" asked Derrek whispered.
"I'm pregnant with twins."
"Wow…twins…" Derrek didn't even know what to think about that. Two of them!
"It really does." her brows furrowed with worry as she spaces out, her mind drifting elsewhere.
