"Oryn, the world we live in, was created thousands of years ago. Before the first people lived there Oryn was the home to Elemental-Spirits and Void-Spirits.
Later Element-Spirits settled into the air while, which is now known as Mana you can use for Magic. While the Void-Spirits decided to take on the form of Monsters and roam on the ground. But since all the air around them, was blessed with Mana, they couldn't live freely.
They released their dark energy which caused the ground an the earth to darken and the air to turn black. Plants and Animals could not stand the dark Energy and they slowly started to die. Since the Element-Spirits didn't have the Power to take on a form like the Void had with their monsters, they went to the Orin, the Goddess of creation.
Orin saw the struggle of the Spirits and decided to give them a way to fight back. The Goddess created Humans, Demi-Humans, Elves and Dwarfs as we now them and gave them the Power to use the Mana and the Power of the Elemental-Spirits which takes the form on Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Light and non-elemental magic power..."
"So we are practically just here to fight and wield magic because the spirits were to weak to do it themself?" a blond haired boy asked interrupting the story of the man walking across the front of the room. The Man stopped, put his glasses back to their right position an wanted to start talking again as another boy sprung form his seat shouting "NO! we are here to help the Spirits kick the Monsters Butt with Magic, duh." Both boys starred at each other fiercely as the Man in front cleared his throat. "2nd Prince Ethan 3rd Prince Aaron please sit down." "yes, Teacher" said the blond haired boy and sat down immediately while the other boy just snorted and slowly settled down on his Chair.
The Grey haired Teacher looked over his students then started to speak again "To correct Prince Ethan first, we are not here because the spirits are to weak, we are here to help them using the magic they provide us with to fight the Void which makes our land uninhabitable and secondly..." he stops and looked at the ash-blond haired boy in the back row "please refrain from using words like "kicking their butt" Prince Aaron." The boy didn't listen anymore and just starred out of the window.
The old man sighed and then clapped his Hands "alright, let that be it for today, we will continue next week." As soon as he finished his sentence the to boys jumped from their seats and run out of the classroom leaving the teacher and a young girl with white-blond hair in the room.
The young girls eyes looked empty and uninterested to which the teacher started to get concerned. "Your Highness, Princess Irene is everything alright?" She looked up sighed an just left without even answering the Teacher. He scratched his nearly bald head as the young girl walked away. It wasn't the first time she reacted like that. She seems to ignore just about everything and hasn't taken interest in anything at all. Unlike her Twin brother Prince Aaron who is hot headed and always wants to try everything.
'i should talk to his highness about this' he thought as he packed his stuff.
He walked out of the classroom into the corridor of the east palace. He walked straight through a beautiful decorated Corridor. It Huge Windows and the freshly planted flowers make it look endless at the End he then turned left to enter into the main hall. The Teacher saw a Maid with a basket full of laundry. "Lindia have you seen his Highness?" She stopped and nodded "Yes Sir George, he is just up ahead in his study." the teacher nodded and went on. He crossed the main hall and went up on the second floor. He halted in front of the two guards which were positioned on both sides of the door leading into the Kings study.
"Sir Miller.." he greeted one of the guards " i came to see his Majesty." The night nodded and knocked on the door "Pardon me your highness, Sir George is here to speak to you" after a moment of silence they heard a muffled 'Come in' as to that the guards opened the door.
As soon as the Teacher entered the room, he bowed as a greeting to the King. "Be at ease, George" said a husky voice from across the room. Aiden Arts, the King of the Arts Kingdom looked over a piece of paper on his desk as the old Teacher straightened up again. "how may a help you George?" he asked.
"Well, it is about Princess Irene" as soon as George said the Princesses name, the King lowered the Paper he was holding in his hand and looked at him. His Blue Eyes looked concerns while his Blond hair shimmered in the sunlight.
"Is Everything alright with her?"
"Yes.. well i mean its the same as always." They both took a Minute in silence and then let out a sigh.
"Is she still not interested in anything about your class or any Story you tell them"
" I don' really know your highness, she just sits there and listens. She never asks anything unlike her brothers. She just stares at the Chalkboard or out of the window. Even after class, all she does is sitting somewhere starring into the sky, sometimes she reads a book but nothing more. She doesn't even talk very much."
"This is really concerning, is there anything we can do?" the king asked the old teacher.
"Well she doesn't really need to attend the bridal lessons 1st Princess Aria and 2nd Princess Vinea took, because Irene doesn't need to get married. And since Crown Prince Noah took the Duchess daughter Emilia as his fiancee, all the social gatherings and tea parties of the ladies lessened a lot."
"What else can we give her, its not like she took on any hobbies she could practice more, the only thing she ever voluntary attended is your Magical History class."
"Maybe that means that she has in interest in Magic, should we get her her own Magic teacher?" The King nodded his head at Sir George's idea.
"At least we have to give it a try. I will ask Irene later about her thoughts. Thanks for telling me George" the Teacher bowed again and said his goodbyes as he left the room.
The King still had a concerning look in his eyes. He looked back down at his pile of papers on his desk, then let out a sigh and start rubbing his temples. 'A Magic teacher, huh?' he thought 'it makes me a little sad that i have to hear about her like that from George, i haven't really had much time to spend with the Kids' he started turning towards his window.
"Joseph, can you come in for a moment?" as soon as he spoke, the door opened and a man in a butler uniform entered and bowed "Yes your highness, what do you need?"
"Can you bring Irene to me after they finished their dinner?"
"Of Course, anything else?
"No thanks, that is all." the butler bowed again ans left as fast as he entered.
3 Hours later
*Knock knock* "Father it's me" a soft voice stated behind the doors. "Yes, my dear come in" the King said as he recognized his daughters voice. The Door opened and a small girl entered the King's study. Her white-blond hair was tied together in a dark blue ribbon and she wore a dark blue dress.
"you called for me, Father?" She said as she walked towards the chair across the Kings desk.
"Sir George came to me today and told me, that it would be good for you to get you your own magic teacher and...." as soon as he said this part he saw his daughters dark blue eyes sparkle like he never saw it before. For the first time it felt like it was really just a 10 year old girl excited for something instead of her uninterested gloomy behavior.
he coughed and continued "... and i wanted to ask what you think about it?"
Her eyes were still sparkling with excitement as she jumped out of the chair she just sat down a second ago. "Please Father, i really want a Magic teacher and a swordsmanship teacher, i never thought you would allow it. I am really happy you asked Father" she nearly screamed with her excitement as to what Aiden chuckled with fatherly love in his eyes.
"Ok darling, i will see what i can do about that."
