"So, you're telling me that none of y'all remembered to get these vials before you left here the first time? That was the only reason you really even beat Youden in the first place?" Sera was shocked at their incompetence.
"We forgot. That was on me." Jamal didn't look back, as they began their descent to the city streets below.
"I mean, this is ridiculous. You probably could have killed Youden if you still had a whole batch!"
"I mean, he did tell us all about it once we had gotten onto the boat out of here." Hops had added in rather quickly.
"And you didn't tell a single soul about this safe before you had gotten on?" Sera shook her head in shame, as they began closing onto the crowd still out and abound on the streets.
"Jamal, what did the Prophet speak of?!" one of the onlookers cried out.
"Are the end times coming?!"
"We're winning the war, are we?"
"Youden's going to bring more forces?"
As hectic as It was getting, Jamal stayed calm, as he lead Ula and Laken into the awaiting carr. That was his main priority before anything else.
"I'll be back later tonight, I hope." Jamal flashed a smile at her. "Be careful."
"We will." Ula nodded, as one of the guards closed the door and the carr slowly made its way through the crowd.
"Alright everyone, listen up!" Jamal roared loudly once the vehicle was out of sight. "I cannot say too much at the moment, but expect more information to come out shortly."
Not even waiting for the crowd's reaction, Jamal stayed behind the line of guards, with the rest of the team following behind him. Making their way further into the city, Heskins noted that the ocean wasn't even too far from their current location.
"We're doing this now?" Heskins took a quick gulp. "We don't even know where it is."
"While that may be true, I'm sure one of you can swim." Jamal stopped, just as they were reaching the edge of the sandy shore. "Otherwise, we're a bit screwed."
