The Eluyim Hexan stood together inside the small lab. They were in the small town of Lexington, where only a population of around 3,600 people lived. It was quiant, although being a steel town made it quite loud at times. Except Ryan Feli didn't mind the sounds of work, as they stared ahead at a human. A dead one, already rotting and behind a glass case, with maggots still eating the carcass. He had to continue looking at the body in disgust, almost stepping back, if the doctor with them didn't start speaking.
"As you can see by the ribs of the victim, there are charred marks on the body. Nowhere else on the body have we found any markings, well besides the wolf bites. The body was only found about fifty miles away off the Wilderness Highway and we're hoping you guys can pinpoint the per-" the doctor began to announce to them.
"It's obviously Jamal Wrint." Leon spoke, causing Hops to shudder back after hearing the name.
It was as if the name was so familiar to him, but it still haunted him somehow as well. This Jamal Wrint person was no doubt a threat, but considering their odds, surely they could take him out, right?
"The burns are so concentrated, that only someone with pyrokinesis-like abilities could do such a thing with that much precision. Alice, you know what you need to do." Leon replied, before staring at the woman. "Use your book, and find this creature."
"But Leon," she spoke up in surprise, "It could take me hours or even days to pinpoint him, if he's even in Youdenia in the first place. The further away he is from us, then the longer it may take."
"I did not ask whether you want to do it or not. You need to get started now, or displeasing Youden wouldn't be something we're looking for aren't we?" Leon stood over her.
"You're right. I'll get started now, and let you know when I found him." she just nodded back, before leaving the lab, and back to the motel they were staying in.
Hops sighed, as everyone else continued making notes, while he stared back the body, and the charred parts. This power that they all had wouldn't even be enough to destroy Jamal. It would be enough to demolish entire cities and towns with ease combined, and all for one person. Was he starting to see that something was off, he felt like, as he yawned in boredom. Not bothering to figure out more unnecessary information, he strolled out the lab, preparing to get some much-needed rest, for the fight ahead.
.....
Meanwhile, in the broad daylight, Jamal stared deep into the sky, in an open field devoid of nothing but grass. He knew what he had to do, as he extended two fingers out at the elderly man. The man that trained the greats like Boom himself. Without hesitation, Jamal began to rapidly attempt to touch the "inaction" points on Calwort, and all just to kill Youden and end his regime of terror across the former lands of Saputa.
