Chapter 151 - Homely Arrival

"This is the place you've stayed since the collapse?" Leon asked Jamal and Hops, as they could hear seagulls chirping above them, seeing the coast of Suruthum ahead of them, its high mountains and cliffs creating a serene view.

"Yeah. It's been really rough, but we're managing." Jamal said with displeasure. "But that's why we're going to get it back."

"What?!" Leon and Hops said at the same time.

"Get it back? Do you think this is some type of game? Have you not seen what Youden had now compared to when we were fleeing! Or even what they had when they captured you?" Hops quickly added.

"Which was why we're starting a new war. A civil one." Jamal grinned at the thought. "Think about it, there are surely some people there willing to go back to the old times."

"Jamal, I thought I was joining to help defend against Youden!" Leon added. "You really had another use for me didn't you."

"Nah, he'll attack us. I just don't know when that'll happen. Could be tomorrow, or several years for all I can guess. Although my best guess could be by the end of the year." Jamal figured out, crossing his arms.

"It's mid-April, so we should hopefully have a good bit of time for whatever's to come." they all heard a voice behind them.

Alice stepped up to go towards them, as Jamal stared back at her. When he had woken up earlier that day, she was nowhere to be found on the deck, as assumed she went back into her room. It still was strange that they were both up that early in the morning, but at this point, he didn't bother questioning it.

"We should have time. Jamal, we still need one more person right?" Hops asked him.

"One more person for what?" Alice asked them.

"Um, first of all, maybe. And to answer you." Jamal began to answer to Alice, "The group thing, in order to reunite Saputa?"

"Don't sound so confident there."

"He did just say he wanted to reunify the place." Leon chimed in, flexing his right arm, also looking as if nothing had happened to it earlier.

Before Jamal could respond, he could feel the ship turning sharply, as they were now docking to shore. Welp too late for the response, he shrugged off, as he jumped off before the ship even stopped moving.

"So, you're in a rush." Leon walked down towards him once the boat finally stopped moving.

"Indeed, not much time left, and I got some making up to do." he waved down a captured carr moving towards the docks.

"Don't we have to check-in for papers or something?" Alice came down with her things, as Hops was the final person to get off.

"With Youden, let's just say there's not much time for that." Jamal grinned as if that was okay, before looking at the driver whose window was rolled down. "To Termia."

With that, the driver nodded, as Jamal opened the door for them to come inside. Leon just nodded, as he waved towards the tower of his ship to head back to Fuishem, before barely managing to fit inside. Both Hops and Alice looked in the remaining space, before squeezing their way into the thing. Jamal was already rushing to leave, as he quickly put everything they brought with them in the carr's trunk, before moving up to the shotgun of the carr, as it quickly sped up towards the mountains, and back to Jamal's home for the years.
