Yang Lan could feel her frustration rise every moment she was with Ye Delun. It rose slowly at first, but once she was out of patience, she could feel her annoyance grow at an alarming rate.
'Why isn't his favorability rising?!?!'

'I am working hard!'
No matter what Yang Lan did, for some reason, Ye Delun's favorability wouldn't rise. No innocent play, cute acting, accidental tripping, or touching could get any reaction out of him.
'He got all embarrassed by running into my chest, but even then his attraction didn't rise. Is his character broken?'

What was it that she had to do? She had spent some of her gems for his option and yet they're just going to waste with this horrible storyline!
'And I liked his character as well... a shame.'
He would react like a normal human would, by blushing, helping her stand, and letting her lead him along. But on the inside, nothing has happened!
"I never thought that there would actually be a kitchen filled with food here. Is there anyone that would actually eat it?" She said as she eyed the man beside her.
"This is a dream, so I guess they'll never expire." Ye Delun casually strode past the woman and into the pantry.
Yang Lan felt another tick on her forehead. 'Something is definitely wrong with this guy!'
Ye Delun pulled open the sparkling new oven door and checked inside, it was empty.
[There wasn't ever a working kitchen where you stayed. You didn't have the need to eat with Nao Nao taking in nutrients for you. But you always wished to enjoy a nice warm meal together with everyone...]
'How is this guy the villain?' Ye Delun thought. More than a villain, he just seems like a lost child.
[The character 'Zao Xing' and 'Nao Nao' hurried to create a plausible-looking kitchen and filled it with food!]
'That seems about right...' He thought as he held up a cereal box advertised for bananas. He quickly hid it out of sight from Yang Lan behind different boxes. There wouldn't be anything good coming out of her seeing it.
"Ye Delun! There's some good stuff over here!" Yang Lan called out with her head in a cupboard. "Come cookies and..." She reached her hand farther into the cupboard and pulled out a box. "More cookies... Is there anything else in here?" She began to dig farther into the cupboard, but couldn't find anything good.
[The character 'Zao Xing' panicked and created the first things that came to mind! Most of them being cookies thanks to your preferences!]
"It's fine, cookies are good." He walked up to grab a box and tore it open. He ignored how steam rose out from the top to signify that they were fresh. And without hesitation, he popped one into his mouth. "They're good."
"Here let me try." She reached out for one and ate it as well. "They're still warm, how?"
Ye Delun closed his eyes in satisfaction and ate another one, "I don't know."
"Well, then we should bring these back to the others. I'm sure these are enough to line our stomachs." She began to gather up more boxes to bring along with them. Ye Delun only hummed in response and continued to eat out of the box.
Together, they tried their best to make their way back to the main room. And after a while, they somehow were able to end up back. "That took way too long, my arms hurt." Yang Lan said as she carried several boxes in her hands. Again, Ye Delun hummed in response. His arms were full and the box that he and Yang Lan had opened was hanging from his mouth.
He didn't mind carrying them, in fact, he was happy someone was relying on him for strength. That never happens often.
"Did you all get lost? You were gone for a while." Shen Lin, who had already gotten back, said. Yin Meng sat on several laid-out blankets and pillows that they had retrieved. And Xiang Tingfeng had already pushed aside the sofas for more room. It really did look like a sleepover just like Host said.
"And you're saying you didn't? Unfair." Yang Lan dropped the boxes and fell onto the blankets near Shen Lin.
"It seems like you were able to find some food." Shen lin directed her finger towards the boxes.
"Yeah, just some random stuff and snacks. Nothing too special." She closed her eyes and relaxed on the floor. Shen Lin grabbed a box and raised an eyebrow at the cookies. She looked at Ye Delun for some kind of explanation, but he just shrugged his shoulders. "I guess this should be enough for now." She said.
"Did you guys find blankets easily? There's a surprising amount of them here?"
Xiang Tingfeng grabbed one of the boxes and became puzzled at the packaged warm cookies. "Yeah, they were able to take a couple of trips back and forth to get a lot."
"Huh!? A couple of trips?! Already!?" Yang Lan called out. "It would take too long for us to get more..."
[The character 'Zao Xing' is thankful that he was able to stop you and 'Yang Lan' from hanging out for longer!]
Ye Delun took his own spot on the floor and laid on his back. He took a couple of cookies and ate them while studying the ceiling.
"So what now? We just sit here and wait?" Xiang Tingfeng said.
"We just wait until something happens." Yin Meng said while staring out towards the fake sunset out a nearby window.
Kang Maixiu sighed and moved over to lay on his back. He tapped his finger on the floor and tried to relax. but ended up sitting back up. "Xiang Tingfeng." He said. Xiang Tingfeng turned away from the box of cookies to look at him. "We're going."
Xiang Tingfeng stalled for a moment and rushed to get up as well. "Right!"
Yin Meng narrowed his eyes and said, "Where do you guys think you're going?"
"Work." Kang Maixiu brushed aside his question and turned to motion to Xiang Tingfeng. "Let's go."
"Wait a moment! You can't just walk out by yourself!" Yang Lan said.
"Let them go." Yin Meng stopped her. He eyed the two men with his dark blue eyes and nodded his head. "Go if you want."
Kang Maixiu nodded back and then turned to exit the room. Xiang Tingfeng looked back at Yang Lan for a moment before following after.
"Why'd you do that?" Shen Lin asked. "Thought you didn't want anyone separating from the group because it was 'too suspicious."
He frowned "Those two can do what they want. If they die, they wouldn't be my problem anymore."
Shen Lin rolled her eyes, "Yeah. Ok, say what you want."
