'The problem with these young guys, is they haven't failed enough to really grow,' Sivrit thought while watching Elliot wander around the martial arts research centre.  He had invited the young man to try and take his measure ahead of the official council meeting with him.  Kirtan had not tried to get any information out of Elliot, preferring  to let him tell his tale to the entire council.
