Shin didn't like what he was hearing. The Generals had been arguing, mostly without any input from Shin or the representatives from the Tribes.
They were deep underground, Shin wasn't sure which level of the sub basement this was, but knew that it would not be easy or to escape. That was probably one of the reasons the meeting was held down here. The Northern Empire had five head generals, unfortunately the only one Shin knew, Hamish, wasn't here. Generals Leto and Duncan seemed willing to hear out the tribesmen and explore if some sort of partnership or further conversation was worthwhile.
General Jennifer suggested killing them all in the conference room, including Shin, who she said was definitely a traitor. Shin had heard that she was the most aggressive general, and now he believed it. He'd also heard that she was an amazing mech pilot and had risen to the top through sheer talent.
