Chapter 2 - ⇍ Chapter 2 ⇏

Grace starts to chuckle, she looks them dead in the eye and says. "Oh, you haven't seen anything yet," Grace walked on the grass, and it turned pitch black in the instant her foot landed on it.

As a foot went down, the more the ashes spread. Fire spiraled around Grace and then into the air and exploded like fireworks on the fourth of July.

"So… You have an Elemental spirit in you too, I can see it," Grace said and looks at them in their eyes. It looks like something had possessed Grace.

"Kao you have the Air elemental, Rikatsu you have the Light elemental, and Arai you have the Earth elemental," Were the words that came out of Grace's mouth but not in her voice.

"Beware, Beware, a threat will appear. All Elementals need to work together to defeat this threat.

Also beware that it will come with a sacrifice, not a life but something that also could be valuable," The voice warned them and then left Grace's body.

Grace fell backward, Kao went to catch her, but Teagan had already caught her. Teagan waved Kao over.

She placed Grace on his back, surprisingly he's not burnt. He piggybacks Grace and follows Teagan to Grace's house.

Teagan rings the doorbell, and Grace's mom opens the door and sees them all. "Come on in," She said, not feeling like asking any questions.

"So who are these boys in my house and why is he carrying my daughter?!" Kai said and was ready to snatch Grace off Kao's back.

Teagan interfered. "If you interrupt her sleep she's going to kill you, at least he's helping, he's one of the few who can touch her without being burnt," Teagan said to Kai before walking to Kao.

"Follow me. I'll take you to her room, so you can set her down," Teagan said. "Look, Kai, Grace here loves you, so I won't hurt you.

But if you so as much hurt a hair on her head… I'll end you," Teagan says to Kai before taking Kao to Grace's room to lie Grace down.

Kai was perspiring so much, there was a puddle of his sweat around him. "Kai, you're cleaning up your own sweat,

I'm telling you, if you leave your sweat on the floor, I'm not cleaning it up," Misaki said fed up with always cleaning up after Kai all the time.

Kai left it there like he normally does and acts like he didn't hear what Misaki had said. He went to take a shower.

Momo went to check on Grace, Arai who was behind her, couldn't walk on the sweat puddle like Momo, so he slipped.

He landed on top of Momo's back, and she was pissed off. "I'll give you 3 seconds to get the fuck off of me," Momo said.

Arai got up so fast and backed up a good foot away. "Jeez, I'm so sorry! I slipped!" Arai said.

" Since it was an accident, I'll let it slide… this time," Momo said darkly while dusting herself off and walking away.

Grace started to toss and turn, worrying Kao who decided to stay. " D-don't fight him! Fight your fear. It-it it's finally…" Grace said in her sleep.

Grace suddenly sat up and looked at Kao. "Bring everyone to me immediately," Grace said.

Kao did as told and brought them to her. "We are not going to fight the boys instead,

We help them nurture their elementals, so we can have an advantage over the threat that appears," She said in a boss like tone.

"We wanted to fight for dominance, but now that there's a threat we have to help you get rid of it?" Arai asked.

I nod, "Do you not want to learn more about your elementals?" Momo asked. The boys looked in deep thought.

After looking like that, they come to an agreement. "We'll do it," Kao said. "Perfect now that's there are 6 of us now, what should we call ourselves?" Grace says pondering on a name.

They were The Queens of Slay before and won every war with every other gang except the Yakuza. They won because of skill and their elementals.

"How about, Wild Jokers?" Rikatsu asked. "That's not that bad but let's keep brainstorming, to see if we come up with something else any more ideas?" Grace asked.

"The Eternals? What y'all think of that?" Kao asked and something clicked in everyone.

"I like that one, let's make a vote of agreement. All in favor, raise your hand," Grace said and everyone rose their right hand.

We need to talk about our mask, we had a star on our mask, but let's think of a different shape. Go," Grace said.

"Let's say, um skulls," Arai finally saying something after him being completely silent since he came in.

"Perfect, now about leadership, who will try to take the throne from me?" Grace asked with a smirk.

It was silent, "If you want to challenge me for the throne, speak now," Grace said and looked around.

Nobody challenged, "Okay, that means that I'm the leader. Right-hand man is still Teagan, of course, but also train Rikatsu to be an assassin," Grace said.

Teagan and Rikatsu stand together in a group. "Momo, I want you to train Arai in magic and martial arts. Please don't kill him in the process," Grace saying knowing Momo would somehow to torture him to death.

Momo pouts but nods and Arai stands a foot away from her, and they're a group. "You Kao will be trained by me personally," Grace said.

"Good luck! You're going to need it," Momo said to Kao. "We'll start tomorrow after school. Dismissed," Grace said and everyone went home to their legal guardians.

They all took a shower, changed and went to sleep… Well except Teagan she was having trouble sleeping.

She was thinking of tomorrow, how she'd have to train with someone who had always had some sort of attention to him.

The exact opposite of her. When she pushed it off her mind, that's when she was finally able to fall asleep.

But it felt too short, as soon as she closed her eyes if it felt like she instantly had to get back up because it was the morning.

Teagan got up took a shower and dressed in all black and wearing the old mask waiting for Grace to supply a new mask.

Teagan has never truly shown her face to anyone except Grace, Momo, and her aunt, and uncle.

She walks down the stairs to get her breakfast. Something comes flying at her, she catches it and looks towards the direction it came from.

She saw her uncle with a satisfied smirk, "Good, you caught it. Nice to know you're not half asleep," He said before walking to the table.

Her uncle Shen Amada, a professional assassin, the one who trained Teagan to be like him.

Teagan walks over to the table and sits down. "What on earth are you wearing, Teagan?" Her Aunt Yui Amada asked while setting breakfast on her niece's plate.

"My normal clothing," Teagan said before she started eating. "I could've sworn that told you to start wearing color. Instead of that drab old black and grey" Yui said.

"Um excuse you, but I actually like black and grey, plus she looks good in those colors," Shen said defending Teagan from her aunts' judgment.

"Hmph," was all Yui said before sitting down to eat her breakfast. Teagan finished and cleaned her face, put on her mask, and grabbed her bag and went into the shadows, avoiding contact with adults.

When she was walking distance to the school she got out of the shadows and walked to school and met up with Grace, and the gang.

"What's up T?" Momo asked. "Nothing much, just my aunt talking to me wearing color. Again," She said. "One of these days, I'm going to have to deal with her," Grace said while rubbing her forehead.

"Um, we're here too," Arai said. "Oh yeah, sorry. I'm used to it being us three," Grace said and the girls nodding in agreement.

"Okay, Teagan's aunt Yui is a bitch, her uncle is cool, he taught Teagan to act and be an assassin like him," Momo said.

"Let me guess, your parents are no longer with us?" Rikatsu asked. Teagan nodded, and then they all started to head to class.

There were whispers going around.
