*The whole day Ariel kept thinking about what Zayn said but of course she couldn't yet believe it , now it was noon and she was driving to her home .She stopped at the toy shop to buy liam some gifts as she couldn't give him when he arrived because she was busy in connecting the clues and saving an unknown accident.She get off from the car and went inside the shop as numerous toys got her attention but then her eyes falls on a skateboard and again Zayn's voice beamed in her head about liam falling from it.

Ariel : (in mind) no it can't be but what is a skateboard board doing in a toy shop? It's not a sports shop.

Shopkeeper : mam do you want anything?
.
Ariel : uh- why is there a skateboard here? It's not good for children to ride it and it's neither a sports shop.
.
Shopkeeper : skateboard?
.
*The shopkeeper looked at the skateboard and he was confused.
.
Shopkeeper : It's not our mam. A while before some teenagers stopped by here maybe one of them left it here by mistake. It is very rare though , they all consider their skateboards as their pets. How did he forget it here?

*Ariel took the skateboard in her hands and there was a word written on it "TODAY"
.
Ariel : It's clues! It's written TODAY here! Does that mean liam is supposed to fall today? Shit!
.
Shopkeeper : Clues? What do you mean mam?
.
Ariel : ugh nothing- sorry I'll come again I need to go somewhere.
.
*Saying this Ariel rushed out of the shop as she quickly sat inside the car and started driving while she dialled Emma and she picked up the call.

Emma : yo bubs! What's up!?
.
Ariel : *panicked* Where is liam? Are you with him right now?
.
Emma : umm yeah he is with me but why? Are you coming over?
.
Ariel : yeah i am coming their and emma listen-
.
*Before Ariel could warn Emma to keep Liam away from skateboards her phone got switched off. She got frustrated and hit the steering wheel cursing her fate. After a while she reached Emma's home and heard some giggles coming from her garden , she went there and saw Liam skateboarding while Emma was sitting on a bench watching him. Ariel started running towards liam while his skateboard got in contact with a small stone which made liam lose his balance and was about to fall but Ariel catched him in her embrace and fell on ground. She winced in pain due to the sudden impact of falling hard while Emma rushed towards them with wide eyes still processing everything.

Emma : Ariel , Liam, are you both okay? *Panicked*
.
*Emma crouched down and helped Ariel to sit on the ground. Liam was still hugging Ariel and was crying Ariel patted his head slowly and calmed him down then she made him stand and checked if he had gotten injured anywhere.

Ariel : It's a relief that you are not injured. *Sighs*
.
Emma : But Ariel, you are bleeding.
.
*As soon as Emma said that Ariel looked at her injured wrist which was bleeding, beads of sweat started forming on her forehead as her Hemophobia hits her.

(Hemophobia : fear of blood)

Emma : don't look at it Ariel.
.
*Saying this Emma made Ariel turn towards her as she calmed down a little and then Emma covered it with her handkerchief. She took Ariel inside and bandaged it and all the time Ariel didn't look at her wound. After the first aid Emma told Ariel to stay at her house tonight but she refused. She needed some time alone to think about everything so she drove back to her home and went inside her room. She didn't turn on the lights as her eyes fell on the picture frame kept on her nightstand , the moonlight passing through the window falling on it and showing the beautiful girl present in it. Ariel took small steps to reach the picture as she picked it up and caressed it. A tear falls from her eyes remembering the incident that happened 13 years ago..when she was just 8..she couldn't control herself and broke down into tears which fell continuously through her beautiful skin. She hugged the picture before murmuring
"I won't repeat the same mistake again , if i can save people with his help then I'll do it at any cost!"

NEXT DAY :

*Ariel woke up with a throbbing pain in her head probably because of last night's breakdown , she already made up her mind and decided to confront Zayn today .She took a quick shower and got ready for college as she drove their and parked her car , walking through the corridors she tried to find Zayn and was suddenly pulled at the nearest empty class , she huffed in annoyance cuz she knew who it was.

Ariel :*Rolls her eyes* Is it your habit to drag people when they are walking peacefully?
.
Zayn : that's- i just-
.
Ariel : didn't you tell me that I'll be the one coming to you by myself? Then how come you dragged me here first?
.
Zayn : I was worried! I k- kn-ow that I can't save people even though i can see future but-
I was worried for the kid I told you about. Did you- i mean was you able to save him?
.
*Ariel found genuine guilt and concern in his eyes for Liam , guilt because he couldn't save him and concern because to know if he was alright. Ariel put a hand on his shoulder and nodded slightly.
.
Ariel : Don't worry , he is alright and thanks to you I was able to save him quickly.
.
*A small smile crept on Zayn's face after hearing Ariel's words cuz this was the first time his power was being useful.
.
Ariel : Let's work together zayn , let's save people from unwanted deaths!
Zayn : *nods* That's what I want , I want my power of seeing visions to be useful and that's only possible if we both do it together.
.
*Ariel nods in agreement and Zayn takes out his hand for a handshake and Ariel accepts it with professionalism.

Zayn : I want to know how you save people.
.
Ariel : And I want to know about your pattern of seeing visions.
.
Zayn : Then , let's meet up after college?
.
Ariel : Sure , how about my place?
.
Zayn : Are you comfortable with that?
.
Ariel : ofcourse what's the big deal , let's just leave together after school.
