"Are you seriously still sulking about being locked in the office?" Trixie questioned with a roll of her eyes. "It's not like you were in there very long."
"I was in there all night!" Emerick exclaimed. "And to make matters worse, you stole my cake so I was hungry as well!"
"As if you don't have a spare key, and most likely a number of tricks to escape a locked room," Trixie shook her head. "I already told you, I'm not apologizing."
"Unrepentant as ever I see," He huffed. "And for your information, I did NOT have the spare key, because I only carry one key on my person! Jacoby has the spare, and NO he did not release me until late the following morning!"
"Quite by accident I might add," Jacoby interrupted with a snort. "I was quite convinced I was catching him in the act as it were, not rescuing him, or I would have left him there."
"Good to see where your loyalties lie," Emerick huffed.
