Once they reached the bottom, one of the marauders pulled a lever masked as a wall torch which caused a section of wall to slide open and reveal a hidden passage just large enough for them to stoop through. Once they were all inside, the marauder reached to another lever, likely with intentions of closing the door.
"You may as well leave it open," Emerick suggested. "It's not as though anyone is going to come down here, and it'll make it easier for you guys to leave."
"Yeah… that would be easier," the man nodded, letting his hand fall away from the lever. "This way."
