While the morning was more or less constructive, the rest of the day didn't yield any additional results. Frustrated, Liron related his experiences to a mildly sympathetic though equally outraged Zeke who was kind enough to provide him lodging for the duration of the investigation. Once Liron finished his ranting, Zeke had even suggested a few names of individuals who could help him dig up information. That night had left him sleeping uneasy, and the small hammock wasn't the reason.
Technically, Liron had a room at a nicer inn, but whether it was instinct or paranoia, he was reluctant to actually sleep in it. In fact, he'd been quite liberal with the information about his inn room with every intention of leaving it unoccupied. Let his enemy think they knew where he was staying.
