"I am delighted to meet my darling Padma's new protégé!" the strange woman exclaimed as she snatched Trixie up in a bone crushing hug. "Aren't you just the most darling thing!"
Trixie's cheeks, having been pinched quite enthusiastically only moments before felt as though they were swelling, and her eyes were watering from the sting. A draft was blowing through the small gap under the door of the entrance where the lot of them happened to be standing. How she had ended up in such a rediculous predicament in such an inconvenient location was beyond her.
"Now, now Winnie, stop using that name!" the count frowned as he regarded the badger woman, heedless to Trixie's evident distress. "Most only know me as Deemer or Lord Dromadious."
"I still don't understand you dragon men's tradition of going by your middle name," Winnie sighed. "I think Padma is a much more delightful name."
"It's a girl's name," Deemer grumbled.
