Two days later, Emerick, Trixie, Titus, Rosalie, Queen Alicia, and Count Deemer sat together around a cozy-sized tea table in one of the castle's many parlors. Jacoby, Ellie, Mr. Abbot, and Sullivan were stationed behind them, ready as ever to provide any necessary services. Trixie wasn't completely sure what to make of the situation.
Getting all parties there had proved quite the unexpected adventure. Confused by the contents of the invitation she had sent, initially Titus and Rosalie hadn't showed up. Thankfully, Mr. Abbot had the forseight to send a carriage to retrieve them, more out of consideration for Rosalie's pregnancy than anything else. Had he not, they would likely still be waiting for the couple to arrive.
