"Who's Jemma?" Ellie questioned. She noted with interest that Jacoby and Trixie were clearly surprised by Emerick's statement.
"Emerick!" Trixie hissed. "What do you think you're doing?!"
"Miss Ellie is part of the family now," Emerick shrugged. "She would've found out sooner or later. The more she knows, the better she can work with the assets in our arsenal."
"That isn't your decision to make!" Trixie snapped. "You know how she is!"
"If you are implying that I am somehow untrustworthy, I take great offense," Ellie interrupted with a frown. "I'm not so boorish that I would share sensitive information."
"I wasn't talking about you!" Trixie snapped.
"It is fine, Trixie," a girl appeared quite suddenly in the middle of the room. "It would seem I was not as careful as I should have been."
