"What were you thinking?!" Jacoby hissed. "Do you understand the risk you took by spiking those drinks?"
"What are you freaking out about?" Trixie rolled her eyes. "Those guys were already behaving abominably. If anything, my improvisation will ensure they remember nothing about tonight's events other than the fact that they got so fucking drunk they blacked out. Besides, I managed to catch a most interesting little rat..."

"Shhh!!!" Trixie put a hand over Jacoby's face to silence him as an interesting conversation reached her ears.
She was starting to learn to use Lamya to hear better. It was a handy little trick that made eavesdropping on conversations from a distance, such as the juicy little encounter that was currently going on between Aero and Brutus, possible.
"I still can't believe you agreed to plan this wedding," Aero was saying, "and I still say you dump these asses and just walk away."
