It took close to a week for everyone to completely recover from the banquet. Guests left one by one as able, some staying a full day or two in order to recover from self inflicted ailments such as hangovers or stomachaches from drinking or eating too much. One gentleman had also managed to get himself beat up pretty good after drunkenly mistaking another man for his wife and putting the moves on him. Fortunately, no lasting damage had occurred, just a black eye, a few bruises, and a bloody nose. He was able to head on his way the end of the second day.
Rathus was greatful. He'd recieved far more visitors than he liked to think about over the course of those few days, many clueless and disrespectful to him and his work. Jacoby and Sullivan had done what they could to divert traffice from his shed, but eventually he'd been forced to reinforce the door and lock it closed to keep some peace.
