For a moment, there was nothing but shocked silence. Titus felt the eyes of the entire room on him, but he hardly cared. His own eyes remained fixed to Kenneth, who was touching his cheek, red and beginning to swell from the force of his slap, with a stunned expression.
"When and where do you want to hold this duel?" He demanded in a growl when the silence continued.
"I... I..." at once, Kenneth's eyes widened with fear. Clearly, he hadn't expected Titus to take him up on his challenge.
"There is a space prepared outside for such events," Jacoby materialized at their side. "I would recommend fist-to-cuffs, it is a bit cold and wet to be handling a rapier. I do have some prepared if you feel otherwise sir."
"Well..." Kenneth glanced around desperately.
"Please, don't be shy," Titus thundered. "Select the challenge. Let's get this over with so everyone can return to their evening."
