"Can you believe we're really here?!" Rosalie giggled as she clung giddily to Titus's arm. "It's like something out of a fairytale!"
"You are," Titus replied in a daze, then blushed furiously as he realized what he had said. " I... I mean... yes, this is like a fairy tale."
He used the decorations as an excuse to look away and hide his blush. Three years ago, he would've never imagined himself standing where he was now. Frankly, he would've been content with scraping by on the streets, taking whatever odd jobs were available to support his family. It would have been simple and difficult, and it was unlikely he would have ever met Rosalie.
